Welcome to our beautiful house in Lagos. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This house has 3 fully en-suite bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king size bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a super king size bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Electricity and air-conditioning is available 24 hours a day.
Essential rules to ensure a memorable stay:
1. *Switch off when not in use:* Help us keep costs low. Refrain from leaving on electrical items like air-conditioning and TV sets when not in use. These wastes costs a fortune which unfortunately end up getting passed customers in the form of higher rental fees.
2. *No smoking:* Smoking or cigarettes or other hard substance is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building premises.
3. *No loud music or noise:* Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to respect the peace and privacy of neighbours.
4. *Be mindful of neighbours:* Please consider the comfort and convenience of neighbours by avoiding any behaviour that may disturb them.
5. *Maximum occupancy:* The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Please adhere to this limit at all times.
6. *No parties or events:* It's OK to meet up with friends and have small get-together, but please, maintain a peaceful environment. Hosting parties or events is not allowed.
7. *Respect the property:* Treat the apartment and its belongings with care and respect. Any damages caused during your stay will be your responsibility.
8. *Keep it clean:* Please clean up after yourselves and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.
9. *Dispose of trash properly:* Use designated trash bins for waste disposal.
10. *Follow check-out procedures:* Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Before leaving, ensure all lights are turned off, appliances are switched off, and the keys are returned as instructed.
11. *Security and safety:* Lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment and refrain from giving access to unauthorised individuals.
12. *Pets policy:* Unless otherwise agreed upon, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
13. *Parking guidelines:* parking spaces are provided within the car park premises. Please use the facilities responsibly, taking car to only use designated bags, and not obstruct other residents.
14. *Respect for furnishings:* Please refrain from moving furniture or rearranging the layout of the apartment.
15. *Caution deposit:* A caution fee of the equivalent of one nights stay will be required to confirm your booking. This will be fully refunded after your stay. In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, the owner reserves the right to deny a refund, and seek other measures to recoup any further losses incurred.
