Beautiful luxury apartment situated on the Marina de Lagos, within walking distance of beach 10 mins, town centre 10 mins, supermarket 2 mins, restaurants & bars 5 mins.
The apartment is situated on the top floor with a fantastic view of the Marina from the balcony. The apartment has elevator access from the private garage to the apartment floor.
There is a beautifully decorated lounge/dining room, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast hatch through to the lounge/dining room.
The master bedroom is spacious with double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be clipped together as a double bed if necessary and fitted wardrobe.
We provide towels and bed linen for the apartment, we do not provide pool/beach towels.
A separate shower room with sink and toilet serves the 2nd bedroom.
There is a a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.
Both bedrooms and the lounge have sliding patio doors leading onto the large balcony.
The balcony furniture consists of a wooden table and chairs with parasol plus 2 sun loungers to soak up the sunshine.
It is an deal location for couples or families with children.
The property is equipped with it´s own personal Wifi and air conditioning throughout.
The TV has the standard Portuguese channels.
However for a charge of €30 for your stay there is an additional option of a TV wifi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.
