The Space:
This charming 80 mÂČ apartment in Lagos Marina Park was recently renovated to provide a complete family beach holiday experience.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the space offers privacy and comfort for up to 5 guests. The main suite has a queen-size bed and direct access to the sunny balcony. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and is conveniently located next to the second bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.
The bright living area features a dining table for 6, two armchairs that convert into single beds, and a television. Large windows connect the living room to the 35 mÂČ balcony, a true outdoor retreat with a dining area and a relaxing lounge space, perfect for enjoying views of the pool, tennis courts, and green areas of the condominium. Note: the sofa in the current photos has been replaced with a new one.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, and stove.
Guests have access to all the shared areas of the condominium, including adult and childrenâs pools, a playground, tennis courts, and expansive green areas for leisure. In summer, the pool area is served by a poolside bar. The apartment includes free outdoor parking, and a reserved underground parking space for added convenience.
Located just a 10-minute walk from Lagos Marina and 20 minutes from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city and its attractions, with easy access to restaurants, golf courses, and a small convenience store within the condominium for last-minute needs.
