Luxury 6 bed villa close to beach and town

Spacious villa in a traditional style within walking distance to the centre of Carvoeiro. Stylish comfortable interior, extremely well equipped modern kitchen with American style fridge freezer, range cooker, granite worktops and breakfast room. Utility room with large bottle cooler. Separate dining room with steps down to rear garden with tiled table and built in seating. Large open-plan living room with French windows leading to terraces and large low chlorine pool with water slide, BBQ area, bar/games room and covered seating area for 12. Master bedroom on first floor with walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom with jacuzzi corner bath and separate shower. Two further bedrooms with en suite facilities, and 3 more bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Self-contained apartment with separate living room, kitchen and terrace overlooking the pool. Facilities include Wifi, LED TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Air-con in bedrooms, central heating (at extra cost) 2 folding beds and cot at extra cost.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro but only a short walk to the centre with its bars, restaurants and shops, and the beach. There is a bar, restaurant and mini market very close to the villa as well as the main fruit/veg/fish/meat market. A short drive away are several beaches, two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta (as well as the nearby 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho), Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis & Padel and the tennis club at Rocha Brava. Slide and Splash water park is a 10 minute drive, and Zoomarine (aqua shows and swimming with dolphins), Algoz zoo, Pera sand sculptures and Aqualand water park are all within 20 minutes drive. A large supermarket, Intermarche, is on the outskirts of Carvoeiro.

The arrival day is Thursday and arrival time is 4pm. Checkout time is 10am.

Tourist Tax payable €2 per person per night between April and October for all guests aged 13+ for max of 7 nights; €1 per person per night between November and March. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.

Carverio family holiday

Villa was clean and spacious. Great for the 10 yr old with us with a great outside pool area , dinning area too. Pool table was enjoyed too as was the BBQ ,but that needed updating. Would be good to have a folder with information, instructions I for the TV, Oven . The alarm went off on our entry , no code was provided,so had to make a call. Many thanks.

Beautiful villa!

I rented this house for me, my husband, our children, and their significant others. Unfortunately, at the last minute, my doctor pulled my approval to travel - I was unable to go, so my family’s opinions are noted here.The villa is lovely, and easily & comfortably accommodated the 9 of them. There’s a beautiful swimming pool on the property, but due to the unusually cold & wet weather, they didn’t have a chance to use it.The house is conveniently located about 2 minutes from a small grocery / convenience store, and 10 minute walk into town. That walk into town is where you’ll find the beach, restaurants, shopping.Upon arrival, check-in was extremely easy. Keys were in a lockbox, and the code was provided before they even got there. The group did have a few issues while there - all based solely on the bizarre weather. According to locals, they hadn’t seen rain that heavy, or for such an extended period, in at least 30 years. As a result, the house was experiencing some leaks, and it was very cold. However, a message to Gill (owner) had the property manager & handyman on the scene almost immediately! VERY prompt response, and quick to handle any issues as they came up.While I couldn’t be there, I know I would have loved this house. Beautiful, well-equipped, conveniently located, and very well managed. I can highly recommend it on behalf of my family, who loved their stay!

Genialer Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen - 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder - in Gill‘s Haus. Schon bei der Ankunft ist einem klar: kein Foto wird der GroßzĂŒgigkeit des Anwesens gerecht. Die Zimmer sind so geschickt angelegt dass jeder mit seinem eigenen Bad quasi einen eigenen Trakt hat und dementsprechend auch PrivatsphĂ€re. Die KĂŒche ist rundum perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Der große Gasherd mit Backofen, Warmhaltefach und Grillplatte lĂ€sst jede Hausfrau schwĂ€rmen, die KĂŒhl-Gefrierkombination bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr Großfamilien und das EiswĂŒrfelfach war der Hit fĂŒr die Kinder. Der Hauswirtschaftsraum ist mit Waschmaschine BĂŒgelbrett BĂŒgeleisen und Staubsauger samt Putzmitteln ebenfalls fĂŒr alle EventualitĂ€ten eingerichtet. Der Garten ist geschickt in verschiedene Bereiche unterteilt so dass man jederzeit Sonne oder Schatten genießen kann. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und mit der Treppe und der abfallenden Tiefe fĂŒr die Kinder genial - die Rutsche natĂŒrlich auch. Ja und dann der Service: es wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig geputzt, die Betten frisch bezogen, neue HandtĂŒcher gebracht. Der Pool wurde kontrolliert und gereinigt und als es ein Problem am Haus gab waren innerhalb von drei Stunden die Dachdecker und die Klempner da und haben alles repariert. Das war wirklich beeindruckend. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 100 m entfernt. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen- eine perfekte Anlage und wir sind etwas wehmĂŒtig abgereist. Wenn nochmal Algarve dann hier!

Villa had all amenities you could ask for: central location. Pool was lovely, great temperature. Kitchen well equipped. Mixed range of ages but something for every age to enjoy. Pretty certain we are going to rebook for next year too.

We booked this as a family of 10 , 6 adults 4 children! We don’t think the pictures done it justice, as we entered we could not believe how big and spacious it was!! The pool area has everything you need, including past pool toys and inflatables! BBQ area was perfect! Inside Villa the kitchen was so well equipped, massive American plumbed in fridge freezer, utility room with washing machine! I could go on and on! Supermarket not far away selling everything you need, keep walking and veering left, brings to to meat fish and veg indoor market where we bought our BBQ stuff!! Carry on down turn right brings you on main road and down to Carvoerio square!! Nothing we could fault and will recommend !!

Enormous Villa

Accommodated 10 of us with loads of room to spare. Kitchen well equipped. Outside furniture was very poor. One table was removed as it was rotten. And not replaced unfortunately. The childrens slide we couldnt use as the railings were not safe. We told the manager about it but we were told it was fine. Beds comfortable

Fabulous Villa for 12

We had a fabulous holiday at the villa the space was perfect for our party of 12 (adults & teenagers). The photos do not really reflect the size of the property. We made lots of use of the pool, games room and the outdoor seating/eating areas. The kitchen was really well supplied with everything we needed to cook for 12 people. The little local shop across the road was where we did the majority of our shopping as we didn’t have a car but it stocked everything we needed. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance so it was an ideal location for us. We would definitely stay here again

Schöne Villa in bester Lage

Die Unterkunft von Gill war fĂŒr uns drei Familien, mit 8Kindern, perfekt! Die Lage liegt fußlĂ€ufig zum Strand und in 5min ist man am Fischmarkt, der ĂŒbrigens sehr gut ist!

Great villa a little dated but had everything we needed . Need to look at showers on 2nd floors as pressure no good had to use downstairs shower. Pool was amazing thought it would be cold as not heated but it was not grand children in it most of the day and at night. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing villa - plenty of room for 3 families

The photos do not do this villa justice - it is huge and there is plenty of room for 3 families to have fun together in communal spaces or relax on their own for a while. We were 6 adults and 5 children between 9 to 16. The outside area is brilliant and the kitchen with large fridge freezer and ice dispenser is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. BBQ, indoor and outdoor seating. Pool table, pool with slide, inflatables and sun loungers. What more could you ask for?! The shop across the road sells the essentials and fresh bread and croissants daily. The location is ideal if you don’t want to drive. 5 minutes downhill to plenty of restaurants and a further 5 minutes downhill to the beach and lovely square with more restaurants. The hills look daunting on the way back up, but after an evening meal they are quite enjoyable - not so much in the midday sun! The manager was quick to respond to any issues we had and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic family villa

We stayed with extended family. There are plenty of bedrooms and lots of roomy living space. The pool area and games room is a great addition, there's even a shower and toilet for the pool area! The decor is a little tired but for a big family with young children it didn't matter to us. Christina the cleaner was lovely and managed to clean around the rabble! Nina the villa manager was on hand for any problems. We will be back I'm sure!

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. There is plenty of room for large groups. Children loved the pool, slide and games room. The accommodation was a short walk down to the town and beach and we would defiantly recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday in Carvoeiro.

this was one of the best if not the best holiday we have ever had with the whole family

the whole experience from start to finish was so straight forward and smooth from all the staff including Nina and Christina the villa was exceptional in every way and facilities were second to none from the size of pool to the accommodation. it also so close to the town centre and easy access to the A22 to go sightseeing other areas thanks to all involved and hope we can go back soon Superb place
