This modern 2 bedroom duplex apartment boasts stunning sea views, a communal pool also overlooking the ocean and is only a few steps from the centre of Carvoeiro and its beautiful golden sand beach.
The accommodation comprises of open plan living / dining room with sliding doors opening onto a spacious terrace equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, immaculate and well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with ocean view and sliding doors opening onto a balcony, a family bathroom, a second double bedroom and guest WC.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Dulce Gusto coffee machine.
The apartment is stylish and beautifully decorated. The apartment also benefits from private parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV. A cot and highchair are available on request.
Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Furthermore, it is nearby to 3 golf courses, a water park, tennis courts, scuba diving centre, winery and a whole array of other activities and beaches.

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal TurĂstica de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is âŹ2 per person per night during high season (April â October) and âŹ1 per person per night during low season (November â March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
