I have been staying in hotels for over 30 years, and I have never encountered such a dirty and unhygienic property. There was mold on the ceiling in both the bedroom and bathroom, the bathroom fixtures were rusted with insects present, the bed sheets were dirty, the carpet was torn, and the entire room had clearly not been cleaned. The door was so flimsy that it could be pushed open even while locked. I complained and checked out within two hours, then booked another hotel. The front desk advised me to contact Expedia for a refund, but despite reaching out, I have not received one. This experience has caused me to lose trust in Expedia, as it is concerning that such a substandard hotel is allowed to be listed and booked through the Expedia platform.
