Guests of Villagesâ residents are eligible to use selected Villagesâ resident amenity-supported recreational facilities. An original Villages Guest ID Card is required for all guests one (1) year of age and older. Guest pass is provided free of charge, however guest are required to provide name, address, and DOB and cell phone information along with a request for a guess pass 5 days prior to arrival.
Temporary ID:
For $50 fee for 2 payable to "The Villages" at Lake Sumter Sales Office you can enjoy unlimited executive golf with a lot of perks, recreational centers, pools and other amenities The Villages has to offer! Please let me know if you are interested in getting guest passes so I can submit the required form 3 days before your arrival (need your name, address, and DOB). Paying $50 fee is guestâs responsibility.
Gate Access:
You can push the red button at the gate and the gate will open.
Cleaning:
Routine cleaning is the guest's responsibility, maid service is not included. Initial supply of paper and cleaning products is provided. Maid service is not available.
Smoking Policy: This house if free of smoking and no smoking is allowed. Upon detection of smoking in the house, a $250 penalty would apply.

Fees:
All utilities, trash, TVs, golf cart, and WIFI fees are included. Rental fees are based on double occupancy. For additional guests a fee of $15 per day per person will apply.
Refundable security deposit is $500, which is due at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee is $145 per stay.
