Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays
For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours: 10âŻPMâ8âŻAM. Violations may result in a $1,047 fine issued by the city.
Other Rules:
No boats, trailers, or box trucks.
No smoking allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside, at least 10 feet from doors to prevent smoke from trailing inside.
No parties allowed.
Thereâs a Ring Doorbell located near the front door.
Mail and Mailbox: Guests cannot use the property mailbox or have mail sent there.
