Our home has 5 huge bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a gas fireplace, multiple living spaces with dedicated workspaces and so much more.
Within walking distance to the slopes at Ski Big Bear, and on warm days, cool off at Westcolang Lake or one of the community pools.
After a day of local adventures from white water rafting( 20 minutes away) to enjoying the local brewery or one of our incredible hiking trails get home and relax by the fire pit , grill some dinner and enjoy a movie in our private theater or try your karaoke skills with friends on our Karaoke stage .

When booking, amenity badges are $10/ person/day if you would like to enjoy the year round activities!

Ski Big Bear is within walking distance . Guest receive a 25% discout off lift tickets.
Guests are required to fill out and sign registration forms within 7 days of their stay. A short term rental agreement is also required.If forms are submitted late an additional $25 processing fee with be charged to your stay .

HOUSE RULES
Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors. HOA rules on Quiet time 10pm-7am.
All guests are required to bring their trash to the community compactor during their stay or at checkout.
Guest limit: 14 guests of any age onsite are the limit our property can host , more than the limit may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of stay. Guests violating or no smoking policy are liable for an additional $250 fee for cleaning / deodorizing. Hunting is not permitted nor harming of any local wildlife on property or in community.
