The beautiful stone built farmhouse is very tranquil, and there is lots of wildlife to view and discover.

Stylish interiors, relaxing outdoor areas, and comfortable beds are waiting for you. We have plenty of options for toys and entertainment for young children as well as children's crockery, cutlery, chairs, and travel cot.

The main part of the house is a large open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, custom-made industrial style dining table, and a large living space with couches and chairs and toys for children. There is also a wood stove for the winter months.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and is a large room with wooden baby cot. It has a large ensuite shower room with large shower and double sinks.

Two further bedrooms are occupied by double beds and the fourth bedroom has twin full size single beds. These beds can also be used as excellent children's beds with bed guards which can be fitted.

The outside dining area is perfectly placed for you to enjoy shade with a full view of the courtyard and other farm buildings within the Crouzillac site.

The grounds are fully enclosed, and the entrance is through an electronic gate. The outdoor pool is fully fenced in to provide safety for young children coming to Crouzillac.
Private parking is located within the grounds for multiple cars, and there is an open barn for parking to provide sun and weather shade.

Our large swimming pool is a wonderful spot to spend your time with plenty of sun loungers, bean bags, and chairs to relax as well as an additional spot for outdoor dining on the wooden decking.

We have an additional open barn next to the farmhouse, which has a swing for kids, a table tennis table and a pool table with cover.

The night-time skies are absolutely wonderful here, with no light pollution, fans of star gazing will not be disappointed.

We are spoilt for choice with a number of France's most beautiful villages just a short drive away.
There are vibrant traditional French markets held in the area, a fabulous way to enjoy a taste of French life and sample the many gastronomic treats that are on offer.
Villereal, Castillonnes, Monflanquin, Issigeac, Monpazier, and Beaumont are all between 10 minutes and 30 minutes away by car.

With so many sights to explore in the surrounding areas, from the superb prehistoric caves, wine tasting in the local vineyards to the breath taking views on offer whilst taking a canoe trip on the rivers Lot and Dordogne, you will be spoilt for choice as to whether you spend your time lounging round the pool, lying on the sand in Lougratte lake or sightseeing!
