This villa is located inside the Casa De Campo Resort. As a result, guests will have access to the resort amenities.



All guests must provide passports in advance of arrival to register with the owners club.



Please note that a daily registration fee of $25 / day per adult and $12 / day per child will be due to the resort upon check-in and is NOT included in the nightly rate. Credit cards are accepted.



**CLEANING & COOK SERVICE INCLUDED DURING YOUR STAY**



● One Cleaning Rep will be at the property from 9 AM to 4 PM.

● One Cook will be at the property from 9 AM to 4 PM.

-The Cook can prepare breakfast & lunch, but you are responsible for purchasing the food supplies at the local supermarket.

● All stays with 10 or more guests will require an additional housekeeper at $100 per day.

● Suggested Tip $20 - $30 per staff member per day.

● Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery available with 10% surcharge for delivery and set up.

● Concierge Services available for restaurant, activity and special services.
