You have partial access to La Quinta resort! Tennis courts, community pools the spa, restaurants, Mountain and Dunes golf course and more!
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Bedroom 1: Cal King bed, 65` smart TV, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed w/50`TV
Living Room- Full pull out sofa.
Parking- Guest will have access to 1 of the single car parking garages and 1 driveway spot. There is plenty of guest parking across from our unit for any guests with more than 2 vehicles. The 1 garage parking spot is quite tight, will fit compact cars. (Garage door is manual)
KITCHEN:
Quartz countertops. Brand new stainless steel appliances. Dining room table seats 6.
LIVING ROOM:
Comfy new sectional, cozy area rug, tons of throw pillows and 65â smart TV set the stage for great conversation, game night, or bingeing sports/movies with your favorite peeps.
LAUNDRY/WORK/PLAY SPACE:
Laundry room washer and dryer.
OUTSIDE:
Propane BBQ, outdoor dining table.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
The home includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchen equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, tea kettle, traditional drip/single serve coffee maker (ground beans or K-Cups), toaster, blender.
KITCHEN:
The home includes the following amenities to accommodate the max number (6) of guests: dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your rental will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. Ironing boards and irons in master bedroom closet and secondary master closet upstairs.
LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes

- LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic
GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the townhome, private side yard, and partial La Quinta resort amenities. The rental is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a âcodeâ rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee.
