Welcome to our Endless Summer Estate retreat where all of your vacation wants and needs are met. Youâll feel warm light pour through the open layout as you make your way through this expansive, recently renovated 3,400 SF home.
KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with various gadgets such as food processor, blenders etc and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The white and bright kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside youâll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa are newly plastered with pebble tec, updated patio furniture and BBQ island that features fridge, outdoor sink and island storage. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring. As everyone migrates to the yard, youâll have the grill fired up should you decide to BBQ. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges and comfortable loveseats by the firepit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/nightly fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Enjoy the convenience of PoolPilot for a 10% service fee.
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to end of May (weather dependent).
***note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Monday and Thursday.
GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also features ping pong, foosball, poker table, ample board games (over a dozen + card & drinking games) and basketball net over the swimming pool for all your entertainment needs.
BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 8 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 3 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and in each bedroom and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable and Netflix is included. Youâll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 3 in the driveway and 2 along the property on the street. Please do not block the sidewalk when parking in the large driveway as city has a right to issue a fine. If more cars are needed to accommodate than the specification above, please inquire prior as we would have to check with neighbours in advance or consider car pooling. If you would like further information, please visit short term rental of City of La Quinta website as rules and regulations are written there and visit good neighbour brochure or reach out to us if you have further questions.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit, per pet, is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
PLEASE READ:
*STR # L-068591 * Our license permits us to sleep 16 and have up to 22 total occupants before 10pm. No exceptions are per city of La Quinta (please note children and infants are considered occupants as per city laws). As per city ordinance, music outdoors is limited to cell phone/laptop level, no exceptions, any kind of speakers outdoors are not allowed, this includes playing speakers indoors with patio doors open. City does not give warnings but dispatches police to any property in violation.
Human noise outdoors have to be kept to normal levels at all hours and after 10pm to a minimal as it is quiet hours as per City of La Quinta ordinance. We are not in HOA and have great neighbors but it is the current city ordinance that they enforce. Observance of these laws is a must and all fines and costs in regards to STR suspension will be attributed to the renter. The ordinance is published on La Quinta City website (search short term vacation rentals La Quinta, it will be the first website that will come up). Please inquire with questions.
Please note, we have a properties on large acreages outside of the city, where reasonably amplified music can be played and have a total of 100 other properties in the area, including large acreage properties, that has different ordinances and will accommodate you accordingly. Please inquire.
FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
Your stay is completed with 24 hour concierge and a very responsive owner who does not hesitate to ensure your stay is at most comfort and pleasure.
The entire property: home, backyard, pool, spa and garage.
24 hour concierge service is provided for our clients through our property manager. I am also always available to ensure your stay is as best as it can be.
This property is located 4 minutes away from Happy Point, which offers multiple restaurants, salons, gas stations, pet store, vet clinic, chiropractor clinic, grocery store and much more.
It is a safe, quiet neighbourhood, where you can relax and enjoy the backyard without city or road noise.
Please note, the noise ordinance rules are still in effect during that time. All festival bookings are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.
Outdoor Heater:
Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.
If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
