The Space:

Suites Overview:



• Four 1-Bedroom Suites: Each suite is elegantly furnished with one king-size bed and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, perfect for couples or small families.

• One 2-Bedroom Suite: Features one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and two bathrooms, providing extra space and privacy for larger groups or families.



Amenities and Services:



• Housekeeping: for stays of 4 nights or longer, we offer one complimentary light housekeeping service (hotel-style). If you would like to schedule it, please let us know at least one day in advance. Service is available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Additional housekeeping services are available for $25 USD (or $400 MXN) per service.

• Concierge Services: Our dedicated concierge team is here to assist with any needs, from restaurant reservations to arranging local tours and activities.

• Sofa Beds for Extra Guests: Comfortable queen sofa beds in each suite allow for flexible sleeping arrangements, making it easy to host additional guests.

• Rooftop Terrace: Take in the stunning views of La Paz Bay from our rooftop terrace, complete with a grill and a bathroom—perfect for sunset dinners or social gatherings.

Getting Around:

Transportation options available in La Paz include private ride services such as Uber and DiDi; however, availability can sometimes be limited, so we recommend using the InDriver app.



Taxis and bicycle rental services are also good options for getting around the city.



The building has designated parking spaces for each apartment. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a remote control to open the electric gate, and you may only use the parking space assigned to the unit you rented.



If the gate remote control is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will apply.

Pineda Suites is located in downtown La Paz, just steps from the Malecón, restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife. This central, walkable location offers an authentic city experience. As with any active urban area, guests may occasionally notice typical city sounds such as street activity, marina movement, or nearby construction. These conditions are beyond our control.



The building offers designated, gated parking for each unit and housekeeping service upon request. Pineda Suites is ideal for groups and travelers who value location, convenience, and being close to the heart of La Paz.

Once your booking is confirmed and before your arrival, you will receive a registration link from our secure guest verification platform, SafeGuest, either by email or message. This quick registration helps us have everything ready for your check-in and ensures a smooth arrival experience. As part of the process, you'll also be asked to either place a security deposit hold or choose the damage protection insurance option. Please rest assured that this is a completely secure process, and any information you provide is used solely for your reservation and registration.
