Transportation options available in La Paz include private ride services such as Uber and DiDi; however, availability can sometimes be limited, so we recommend using the InDriver app.

The building has designated parking spaces for each apartment. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a remote control to open the electric gate, and you may only use the parking space assigned to the unit you rented.



If the gate remote control is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will apply.

As with any active urban area, guests may occasionally notice typical city sounds such as street activity, marina movement, or nearby construction. These conditions are beyond our control.



The building offers designated, gated parking for each unit and daily housekeeping service. Pineda Suites is ideal for groups and travelers who value location, convenience, and being close to the heart of La Paz.
