La villa est située dans un complexe trÚs calme avec 4 piscines, dont deux pour enfants, et se trouve à Corralejo, à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Il dispose d'un coin salon avec un canapé, une télévision à écran plat, une connexion Wi-Fi et une table à manger. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il dispose de trois chambres avec lits simples et doubles, de deux salles de bain avec baignoire, douche et videts. Il dispose de trois terrasses à l'usage exclusif des clients.

Les serviettes de bain et le linge de lit sont inclus.

Le complexe se trouve Ă  15 minutes Ă  pied des grandes plages et du port de plaisance, oĂč partent les ferries pour Lanzarote. L'aĂ©roport de Fuerteventura est Ă  30 minutes en voiture.

Réactivité de José tres appréciée, à l'écoute. Attentif au bon déroulement du séjour, merci José! Logement spacieux (3 chambres de 2), 3 terrasses dont une roof top, literie confortable. CÎté equipements, il ne manquait rien! 10 minutes de marche pour la plage, 5 minutes des premiers commerces et 15 minutes a pied du coeur de Corralejo. Nous gardons cette adresse pour le futur...

Eine angenehme Anlage mit einem einem sehr freundlichem Verwalter Jose, der ĂŒberaus bemĂŒht war, alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu regeln. Wir hatten allerdings das Pech, dass unsere Villa umgeben war, von britischen EigentĂŒmern, die der Auffassung waren, als Mieter habe man keine Rechte und sie könnten bis spĂ€t in die Nacht so lange Krach machen, wie sie wollten. Das widerspricht dem Eindruck einer ruhigen Anlage.

Great stay

We had a great stay in Jose’s apartment which is far enough out of town to be very quiet, but also close to the Campernario where there are plenty of shops and bars should you decide not to go to Corralejo centre. The apartment is large with 3 floors, is very clean and tidy, and well equipped

Great property for older kids

The property was great for our two older teenagers with a good pool and easy access to both the Centro Comercial El Campanario (good choice of bars with live music, places to eat and the best supermarket we found in Corralejo) and the main 'strip' and beaches. The house was clean and well equipped, beds comfortable and Jose's directions were very clear and easy to follow. The property is quiet and the terraces meant we could eat outside in comfort. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable stay.

This has been a very enjoyable stay in this particular property. The property itself was very clean and well kitted out. It is a 3 bed house, plenty of room for myself and my adult son. There was a choice of 4 terraces on which to relax, my own favourite being the rooftop terrace which receives uninterrupted sun all day long. Some people may have an issue with there not being aircon in the house. There are electric fans provided which are quite effective. It was not exceptionally hot during our stay so it was not a problem. There are 2 bathrooms so no fighting over those facilities. The owner communicated exceptionally well and went out of his way to facilitate us. I have stayed in this complex before and this house was every bit as good as any I have rented. Very quiet complex with supermarkets very close by. A very manageable stroll down to the main town and beaches. The question I ask myself when leaving a review is : "Would I stay here again"? In this case the answer is a definite "Yes"

A great house in a good location

As a family of 5 adults there is plenty of space. The outside spaces and terraces are perfect for catching the sun all day. The bedrooms are very well appointed and the living space was ok. The house was very clean and the towels and bedding is good. The host Jose was in constant contact before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this house for a lovely stay in Corralejo x

We really loved this house felt at home only 2 of us we used the main bedroom to sleep leading to a lovely sunny terrace with new table and chairs comfortable bed up on roof terrace comfy sun loungers We used the down stairs bedroom as a dressing room saved carrying cases up stairs so spaciace and clean will be returning next year. There’s a Dino supermarket less then 5 min walk with bar and coffee shops there out of back gate you can wall to the Campanero another Dino’s at bit cheaper than the other not far to walk in to town once you get your bearings the complex was secure and safe pool area was lovely can’t wait until next year Audrey

Recently updated, clean and comfortable

We rented this property for 4 weeks in November, for the majority of the holiday there was only two of us so we had adequate space, On arrival we found the rooms clean, the beds were very comfortable with bettter than expected bedding and towels, it would have been appreciated to have been left at least a bottle of water and a toilet roll however. The owner was easy to contact and very pleasant to deal with, any problems he fixed. Because of the time of year we rented, facing North resulted in very little light on the terraces, the top sun terrace however was fine, in Spring and Summer this obviously would not be a problem. We did not see a map of the location of the house until we had committed to a booking,we were well out of the way from the pool and carrying our sun loungers each day was out of the question for oldies. We enjoyed our stay ,with our rented car we made the most of the natural beauty the island has to offer. The complex is well maintained and private, the pool areas lovely. We will be returning but to rent closer to the pool and with some South facing terrace. A nice row house directly facing another row of houses across a narrow walkway. The photos on the website don’t show the situation. It is a local residential complex with a mix of locals, expats and rentals. Parking is on the road at the back of the 16 year old complex.

Great holiday. Excellent villa!

The property was ideal for our needs. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. It is clean and very well equipped and is situated in a secure complex with access to communal swimming pools. Our young grandchildren loved them and spent a lot of time playing there safely. A decent sized supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away which was very handy. The centre of Corralejo is a bit further to walk but on one occasion we used a taxi to get back from the harbour front to the apartment and it cost less than €4 for eight of us. All in all we had a great week’s holiday at El Sultan which is excellent value for money. Finally, a big thank you to the owner, Jose, who responded very promptly whenever I emailed him for help and information.

Lovely property, gorgeous pool, fabulous communication with owner

I stayed with my husband and two teenagers. Lovely bedrooms and plenty of room. We love the location of El-Sultan as we have stayed in the complex a few times and we would stay at this property again. The pool is lovely and rarely busy. The apartment is clean an well equipped. The owner will respond to any questions immediately.

Private Destination in sehr ruhiger Lage

Die "Villa" ist ein kleines Reihenhaus in einem Komplex von ca. 50 Einheiten, verteilt in einem Wohngebiet ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum. Der Komplex wird von Residenten und Privatleuten bewohnt. Die Villa ist von der Einrichtung her völlig ok und sauber. Gewöhnen muss man sich an das fehlende "grĂŒn", aber das kennt man ja auf Fuerte. Von der Dachterrasse der Villa sieht man ĂŒber den Ort bis nach Lanzarote. Der Vermieter "Jose" ist echt nett (wir hatten Kontakt zu ihm per E-Mail) und insofern war es ein schöner, individueller Urlaub -mal ohne Touri-Rummel... Kann man wirklich empfehlen. Einziger Punkt wĂ€re vielleich, dass man am Pool seine eigene Liege mitbringen muss - und die stehen bei JosĂš leider in den oberen Stockwerken (haben wir also nicht geschleppt...). Good holiday on a windy island

Spacious property, very clean, and loved the choice of terraces. Comfy beds. Quite a walk into Corralejo, but there are a couple of local restaurants and a handy supermarket. The property lacked a few of the basics: sufficient hangers, plugs in the bathroom sinks, and it would have been nice to have a spare loo roll! Otherwise an excellent property.

Lovely stay nice villa

Had a very nice stay in this villa for a 29 night stay feb -march 18 the house had everything you need, Jose the owner was there to greet us on our arrival as we were early arriving he let us leave our luggage while the room was being cleaned and he text messaged me a few hours later to tell me it was ready any questions we had Jose answered immediately by text the villa had a big sun roof with sun beds which we used most day for a few hours sun bathing later in the afternoons on our return from a day out there is a supermarket Hyper Dino just 5 mins walk away with everything you need and the town centre is about 15 mins walk or a 4 euro taxi ride the overall complex is very quite and friendly not your typical holiday hotel style holiday never used the pools but they did look well cared for and clean only problem is there is no sunbeds at the pools so you would have to take yours from the villa and as ours were on the roof terrace didn't go to the trouble of carrying them down 2 flights of stairs through the house but not a problem for us as we liked the sunroof best would recommend this lovely villa for anybody wanting a quite rest full break thanks Jose for our stay and your help had a great time and hope to return again in the future many thanks Shaun & Debbie
