*Beautiful Coronado Island is 14 miles away (~20 min drive), great for a family day at the beach!
*Drive 20-25 min and you will find the best beaches in CA: Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Ocean Beach.

This home is great for one big family or 2 families that are looking to enjoy the great San Diego weather!
Wake up in the huge Master bedroom surrounded by incredible views plus gorgeous new en-suite master bath and walk-in closet. Also, plenty of room in the master for lounging. Other bedrooms have french doors leading out to the patio & pool area.

- Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom #3: 2 Full beds
- Bedroom #4: 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom #5*: 1 King bed
- Bedroom #6 (kids)**: 1 Twin bed + 1 bunk bed with 2 Twins
PLEASE NOTE:
*Bedroom #5 (king) is not completely closed. From the hallway there is a door but the other side of the bedroom is open to the wet room and kids bedroom (bedroom #6).
**Access to the kids bedroom (bedroom #6) is through the bedroom #5. Kids bedroom is small and has a door but no window.
Living Room has a pull out sofa bed and an ottoman twin bed.
Bathrooms description:
- Bathroom #1: en-suite master, has a shower and a tub
- Bathroom #2: attached to Bedrooms #4 and #5 (shared), has a shower and a tub
- Bathroom #3: in hallway not attached to any bedroom, has a shower/tub combo
- Bathroom #4: by the kitchen, not attached to any bedroom, has a shower only.
Beautiful kitchen is a chef`s delight offering open bar seating, ample pantry, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for a delicious homemade family meal. Huge family room with TV and pool table room overlook the wonderful city of San Diego. This home is truly one-of-a-kind and should not be missed.
A pool (saltwater), fire pit, and great room with pool table makes any time of year visits to San Diego perfect for inside or out.
It`s fully equipped with all you could need for a relaxing & fun stay!

*2 more TV`s in the house, 1 in the Kids Bedroom (apps only) and 1 in the Wet Room (cable only).
*ARCADE, games and toys are also available for more entertainment.
*Dining area with table for 6 + 4 seats on the kitchen island. There is also a 4 person nook table right next to the kitchen.
*Central Heating and Central AC in the bedrooms and mini split in the Living Room + lovely breezes from the opened sliders help keep this home very cool.

*Fire Pit (propane fire pit, be careful when lighting it up)

*3 cars can park on the driveway and plenty of street parking is available. Garage is not available for guests.

Heating is available for the pool for an additional charge and must be hired in advance for the whole stay, please contact us for details. During summer and warmer days, solar panels help keep the water heated as well.
The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
We have a removable fence that can be placed around the pool. Please request ahead of time if you desire that we set up the fence for your stay.
We`re 5 minutes from La Mesa Village. The La Mesa Village is the historical center of La Mesa. Many of the surrounding buildings remain as they were in 1912 when the City of La Mesa was incorporated. La Mesa Boulevard features many one-of-a-kind retail shops, antique stores and great places to dine. La Mesa Village business owners place an emphasis on high quality products and personalized, friendly service. Within just five square blocks, you can experience a hassle free shopping experience that puts the malls to shame.
Car, Uber or Lyft. You can park your car in the driveway (fits 3 cars). Street parking is also available, you can find a spot easily (make sure to check signs for any parking restrictions).
Outdoor Security Cameras: please note we have outdoor cameras facing the pool area, sides of the home and front door.
Please inquire before confirming your booking if you`re not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don`t hesitate to ask them.
*Garage is not available for guests.
*Attention kids should not be in the master bathroom bathtub without adult supervision. No one should jump when in the bathtub, it can actually tip over and pull all of the plumbing which means it will be flooded. Please, be careful.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-10am.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
Pool Heating:
*Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $50/day (minimum charge of $200).
*Pool heating, when hired, is limited to 84F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
âą Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
âą 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
âą More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.
Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor.
