Welcome to your dream La Jolla vacation home, where stunning ocean views and an unbeatable location meet classic, SoCal architecture and comfortable furnishings. Nestled in the exclusive La Jolla Shores neighborhood overlooking La Jolla Cove and just a short walk to La Jolla Shores Beach, this rental offers the ideal setting for your vacation. Two side by side homes make this compound the perfect setup for larger groups or families wanting to stay connected, yet enjoy ample space and privacy.



The Space:

Accommodations are available for a maximum of 14 guests. Monthly/extended stays are welcome!



House 1:

Step out the front door onto the expansive veranda with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or lunch while watching pelicans soar over La Jolla Cove. Continue down to the spacious, private deck for lounging or dining. Inside, high ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight welcome you to the comfortable living area. Relax in front of the 60-inch smart TV with Roku or gather with friends and family in the adjacent formal dining room, which seats eight guests and opens to the side patio and well-manicured backyard. The vintage “mid-century modern” kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals for family and guests and includes a sunny breakfast table that seats four. Each of the four bedrooms is designed to provide the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The front bedroom has a king-sized bed and boasts soothing views of La Jolla Cove. It shares a “Jack and Jill” bathroom with the second bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and French doors opening to the side patio and garden. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a private hall bathroom, and a door to the backyard, making it the perfect space for children or additional guests. All bedrooms feature wall-mounted 32-inch TV with Roku for your entertainment. Outdoors, the front deck provides lounge seating, a table with umbrella and seating for six, and a gas grill. There is also a table that seats four in the covered breezeway off the veranda. The landscaped enclosed backyard, accessed from the breezeway or from doors in the living room, dining room, and third bedroom, provides an inviting and secure play area for children or dogs.

Each of the two bedrooms is designed to provide the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The front bedroom has a king-sized bed and features soothing views to La Jolla Cove and adjacency to the primary bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms feature wall-mounted 43-inch smart TVs for your entertainment. Outdoors, the front deck provides a dining table with umbrella, comfortable seating for six, and a gas grill. There is also a table that seats six in the covered patio off the kitchen . The brick paved patio features an expansive roof cover and a landscaped enclosure, accessed from the kitchen and dining areas, providing an inviting and secure play area for children or dogs.

The Neighborhood:

La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community of the same name ideally situated in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores.



The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as plenty of casual dining spaces, shops, and a few galleries. You can take surf lessons and rent surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards and wetsuits from Surf Diva. Kayak, snorkel and bike tours are available at San Diego Bike and Kayak.



The beach is approximately one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs just north of La Jolla Cove to Black's Beach south of Torrey Pines State Park. The Shores meets Scripps Institute of Oceanography campus and Kellogg Park (with an ideal kids playground and picnic area right next to the beach), encompasses the Scripps Pier and borders the San Diego - La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve to the south. The beach is a popular launch point for kayakers and has a swimming area only as well as a surfing area only.



Getting Around:

We are located in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood located in close proximity to beautiful La Jolla Shores Beach. A wonderful array of restaurants and cafes, ice cream, frozen yogurt, coffee and dessert shops, a neighborhood market, kayak, paddle board and bike rentals along with great shopping are all located on Avenida De La Playa, one block from the beach. You will be close to everything, but without the noise. This house offers prime location that is hard to beat.

- We want to make sure that your stay is as convenient and hassle-free as possible, which is why we have provided some important parking information. Both homes include free parking for a total of three vehicles, which includes the use of the two-car garage and a one-care garage located on the properties. However, please note that the garage has a 6ft clearance and is suitable for smaller vehicles only.

- If you have larger vehicles, you can park in the driveway to the right of the garage. We kindly ask that you do not pull all the way up to avoid scraping the neighbor's wall. The driveway can fit two cars in tandem. Please avoid parking in front of the garage as this will block the sidewalk and result in a ticket.

- To access the garage, you will find the garage door opener on the side table next to the front door as you enter the house. Alternatively, there is a keypad located to the left of the garage door for your convenience. We hope this information helps make your stay more enjoyable.

- Street parking is also available in the neighborhood.

- Pack n plays and high chairs can be rented - for $25 plus tax each.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
