• Guest is advised that there is exterior security camera that monitors the home front driveway and exterior gates that lead into the property. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

Doing so may result in a $250 fee and removal from the rental property.

🧑🏻‍🔧 Be advised: The backyard hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. The service technician will briefly enter the lower-level backyard to perform this routine maintenance. They will remain outside and do not need access to the inside of the house.



‼️NO GLITTER: Do not open/use glitter anywhere on property



‼️ Do not take white towels or stripe pool towels to beach. Sand in our towels creates damage to our washer and dryer when they are laundered. Our towels are to be used at our rental only.



‼️Do not get into the hot tub with sand on your swimwear or clothing. Please rinse of and/or change swimwear/clothing so the hot tub does not collect sand from the beach as this damages the delicate hot tub system.
