The Space:

Enter through a charming atrium on the first floor, then ascend the stunning spiral staircase to the second floor where you’ll find the heart of the home. The living room features a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, and two comfortable sofas, making it a perfect place to relax. A desk space is available for those who need to catch up on work, while glass French doors lead out to a balcony offering sweeping views of the ocean. Take a seat on the balcony and revel in the blue water views and golden hour vistas. Just beyond the living area is the dining space, where a table for six is perfectly positioned for meals with family or friends. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need for cooking and entertaining at home. On the second floor, you’ll also find a spacious bedroom with two queen beds and direct access to the patio. We had a wonderful stay in La Jolla! My bachelorette party was amazing in this house. The views are incredible. We never needed anything at the house while we were there but I felt like I could ask the management company anything and get a quick reply. Thanks for having us, it was an amazing visit!

The house is pet-friendly, has a nice pool, comfortable beds and an awesome location. And the property manager was nice. There are definitely some safety and functionality fixes that need to be made. In 2 spots the tack strips had nails sticking up. The sliding screen doors were off track and didn't want to slide when we got them back on track. There are light switches that didn't seem to work. Also, the safety guards beneath 2 windows were missing and those screens wouldn't stay in. We were thankful for the fans that were provided as it was a hot week in La Jolla and we definitely needed them.

Too expensive for no Air Conditioning or amenities

We anticipated having air conditioning but realized too late we missed that it was not listed. Photos showed a vent so we assumed. Our bad. It was extremely uncomfortable for the daytime and at night time sleeping even with all windows that worked open. We could not find a washer which was important to us. Windows and screens were not all functionalThis place might be fine in cooler temperatures. Overall it is a unique property but again for price it needs A/C and basic amenities.

Impressive property- loved the view from the master bedroom. Great for my group of teenage boys- pool, close walk to the beach and we found good food all within 20 minutes or less out from the property. I got quick responses with any communications out to the property manager.

Wonderful stay

Everything about this property was amazing. The house was spacious and comfortable. The location was scenic, close to the beach. The property management team was amazing as they were able to find a different property for me due to road construction issues in the area.
