Comfort and Convenient

This is a great home to vacation. My husband and I were here for our daughter’s baby shower in San Diego. We had more space than we needed but we like it that way. The home has great decor, a great coffee maker, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. That’s what’s important to us. Conveniently located to restaurants, the beach, and the grocery store. We will definitely be back.

Great Property

The house is in a great location and it’s a great property. The communication with host/management difficult. Rented from VRBO, managed by Vacasa, property info on a QR which doesn’t work. House not properly stocked for a long term visit. We were there 4 weeks and had to supplement supplies quit a bit.

Amazing property

My family and I were so comfortable in this house. It was very spacious for our party of 6 and could have easily accommodated two more. The location is also perfect, as there are lots of food options and a CVS within blocks. The tide pools and beach are also walking distance (~15 mins), which made our stay even more convenient. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the San Diego/La Jolla area.

Great house, great location

The house worked nicely for our group. We had great grandma down to a 2 yr old staying for the weekend. House is nice and open and the back patio is perfect for gathering. Most anything you need is within walking distance. There’s a nice beach just down the street. Would stay again.

Family weekend get together

The home was wonderful and in a really fun location. We could walk to the beaches, seals and fun restaurants. El Pescador on the corner was our favorite. We went several times! Being from Minnesota it was fun to sit in the back yard and soak up the sun. The second story master bedroom has beautiful views! You can see the stars.

Wonderful house in great location

We were in La Jolla for a family wedding. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children. It’s beautifully decorated and very roomy. We enjoyed walking to the cove and eating at nearby restaurants. Wonderful trip!

Wonderful!

Perfect location! Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, Cove. House is very clean and plenty of room. Beds comfy. Master bath pretty with ocean view from patio. Everything we needed in kitchen for family meals. Driveway parking. Beach essentials included. Was a great vacation! Would definitely stay again!

Overall Great Stay!

Overall, it's a great house and we had a wonderful stay. That said a few things right off the bat were somewhat disappointing. The coffee maker pot was broken and no one responded to our call until the next day and then it was replaced. Also, the silverware tray/drawer and plastic kidsware were not clean by any means. We had to immediately do a load of those in the dishwasher and clean out the drawer. Also, the master shower had a wad of hair in it. Bottom line, I think the house is great and in a convenient locations... the housekeeping needs improvement.

Perfect for our stay!

Walking distance to grocery, great restaurants and La Jolla cove which was great for when we were tired at the end of the day. Perfect location for enjoying San Diego! No board games but we were enjoying the city too much to care!

Yellow House

Overall a very nice house. Clean and very responsive property manager. There are a few things that need to be done. Back area needs some work. Fence area falling over, need some paint and landscaping. It could be very cosy - maybe some new cushions and a good power washing. Front yard fence also needs some repair and paint. Inside has everything you need. Make a note that the downstairs bathroom is only a half bath and has no shower. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a bath but its pretty small. Master upstairs is awesome. Lots of beach stuff available and the location is excellent. Good stay ! Thanks
