The Space:

Just moments from the sand, this thoughtfully curated, single-level retreat offers a spacious open floor plan, lush outdoor spaces, and ocean views from the rooftop deck.



Step through the gated front yard and into a bright, airy interior where the open layout unfolds with purpose. Directly ahead, a beautifully styled dining area seats four and sets the tone for relaxed gatherings. To the right, the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, sleek finishes, and a large island with bar seating for three - perfect for casual breakfasts or evening appetizers. To the left, the first of two living areas welcomes you with a plush sofa, TV, and additional seating for lounging or connecting with friends and family.



Just beyond, a second living space offers even more comfort and flexibility, complete with a queen pull-out sofa, cozy fireplace, a second TV, and extra seating - ideal for movie nights or hosting extra guests.
