La Jolla Shores Beach Bungalow. Steps to the Beach, Shopping, Restaurants & more

Freshly decorated, this beautiful apartment is fully stocked & in the perfect location for the ultimate San Diego beach vacation! Right on Avenida de La Playa, the main street in La Jolla Shores, this apartment has one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world as well as popular restaurants, adventure sports, and shopping all right outside its door. San Diego's well known for its perfect weather year-round, so slip on your flip flops & enjoy La Jolla Shores' 365 days of awe!

The La Jolla Shores Beach Bungalow has been completely redecorated with a clean, modern, beach aesthetic.

The Beach Bungalow has 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and comes stocked with many toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner & bath soap). Comfortable linens are provided.

One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed with a beachy vibe, room darkening shades and one set of linens provided. It's the perfect place to rest your eyes after a long day strolling the shores searching for shells or snorkeling with the (completely harmless but really beautiful) leopard sharks.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and Keurig. We have all basic cooking pans and utensils so you can "stay in" comfortably when you're not enjoying all of the restaurants, coffee shops and markets in the area.

The living room area has plenty of seating including two sofas which can be pulled out into queen & full size beds. Linens are provided as well. Pease let us know if you plan on using the sofa beds so we can make sure all linens are ready for you. There is also a large tv in the living room area equipped with both cable and basic streaming apps.

There is free WiFi throughout the apartment.

We have boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella, beach towels & beach chairs available for your use. We also have a small selection of board games to occupy your time when you aren't out exploring the area!

Please note that the La Jolla Shores Beach Bungalow is above a restaurant and right in the middle of the main part of La Jolla Shores, so there can be some background noise and music heard from the restaurant while it is open and people walking down the street. It isn't extremely loud but is audible. The restaurant closes at 10PM.

The condo is on the 2nd story of the building, therefore all guests will need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to access the condo. There is no elevator available.

As required by the city of San Diego, all our guests must review and comply with San Diego's Good Neighbor Policy. We will be requesting for your email address in order to send this document as well as the stay packet prior to your stay.

Also, there is only street parking available. You may have to walk a block or few to get to the apartment when parked, however, we have not found it to be difficult to find parking during most of the year and give advice on where to look for parking if you do. In the summer months, on beautiful beach days, parking does become more difficult, but it becomes easier again overnight. I have, even on these days, been able to find parking following my recommendations. To avoid any issues on these days, you should plan accordingly but, if you can, we highly recommend leaving your car parked where you left it overnight and taking advantage of being only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world:-) There is lots of non-time restricted parking in the area, so you can usually find a spot where you can park and leave your car, if that is what you decide to do! There is, additionally, a place close to the front and an alley in the back of the building where you can pull up and drop people & luggage off.
