With an ideal location, you are just steps from the beautiful coast, the beach, scenic La Jolla Cove, and all of the luxury boutiques, plentiful restaurants, and chic art galleries within the neighborhood.



The Space:

The first floor features two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub, dual vanity, and luxurious finishes. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious family room with multiple seating options, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The family room flows seamlessly into the dining area, which seats five. Enjoy meals at a stylish dining table for five, or at the bar that peers into the kitchen with seating for four. Other Things to Note:

‱ Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

‱ There is planned construction in the upstairs unit from April through the end of May 2026, which may result in occasional daytime noise or disruption. To account for this, the home is being offered at a significantly reduced rate during this period. While we will do our best to keep you informed of any major updates, please note that additional compensation will not be provided for construction-related disturbances during these dates.

‱ Parking: There are 2 dedicated garage parking spots in a shared garage.

‱ Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, plus a cart to carry it all are available for guests to use in the shed

in the garage.

‱ Pets, smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

‱ Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

‱ Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

‱ As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

‱ Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Amazing condo minutes from the beach!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It has very high-end finishes, and the furniture is all very nice and comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything, and it has a fully stocked kitchen, and beach chairs and other items available. The location is great as well, and you can easily walk to the beach to see the sea lions or one of the many nearby restaurants.

A Relaxing Stay in La Jolla!

We came to La Jolla for a 5 night stay for a wedding. This was our first time to the San Diego area and we absolutely loved where this condo was located. We were literally 5 mins from the ocean and could walk just about anywhere! The condo itself had everything! The beds were so comfy and we loved the layout of the place because the two levels made things seem more private and spacious! The property manager made a point to check in on us and ensured we had a smooth check in. We had nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and cannot wait to return and visit

Great location and service

The property was in an excellent location to take full advantage of the walkability of the La Jolla coastline and neighborhoods. Great location for families with the proximity to the La Jolla Rec Center, Tide Pools, and Children's beach. The property was furnished well (including a kitchen very well prepared for guests who love to cook), provided garage parking, and the customer support staff was always responsive and helpful. We visited with an 8-month old, and our only complaint would be that the bedroom doors were not very sound and light proof, compared to what our baby is used to.

Amazing location steps from everything from ocean pools to restaurants amd shops. Condo was very clean and comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom having private bath and tv. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Communication was prompt and very courteous. Welcome wine was much appreciated! I will stay here when i come nack and I highly recommend.
