Within a short drive, you'll find:
- La Jolla Cove – A must-visit for snorkeling, sea lion watching, and kayaking along the caves.
- Bird Rock – A local hotspot with trendy coffee shops, boutiques, and casual eateries.
- Downtown La Jolla Village – Home to high-end shopping, art galleries, and award-winning restaurants.

This villa is perfectly situated for both walking and driving. Windansea Beach, local cafés, and scenic coastal trails are all just a short stroll away. A quick drive gets you to La Jolla Cove, Bird Rock, downtown La Jolla, and neighboring beach towns like Pacific Beach.
Street parking is easy, and ride share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. San Diego International Airport (SAN) is just 25 minutes away by car, making arrivals and departures a breeze.
Other Things to Note:
- Washer and dryer are located in the backyard of the main house—please reach out if you'd like access during your stay.
- The property may not be advertised, listed, sub-leased, or represented by any guest or third party on Airbnb, VRBO, personal websites, social media, or any other platform. Use of the property’s address, imagery, name, or description for marketing or rental purposes is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to cancel or decline future reservations prior to check-in if prior stays involved documented violations of house rules or booking terms, or if continued hosting presents a safety or property concern.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in — same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to city maintenance.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and restrictions on gatherings.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in or outside of this home and is subject to a $300 fine.
- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Fines for violations may reach up to $10,000.
- IDs and security deposits, when applicable, will be requested after booking.
- Scarella Stays reserves the right to report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
- For the safety and security of the property, the exterior of the home is equipped with security cameras located at the front entrance. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and record video activity when motion is detected. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
