Welcome to Triple Timbers Lodge, a collection of luxurious vacation homes nestled on the stunning shores of Norris Lake in Tennessee. Our newest addition Mountain Oasis Lodge (ready by March 1st 2024), along with Rocky Ridge Lodge and Hidden Timbers Lodge, offers even MORE space and accommodations for your group. With a total of 18 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms across all three properties, we can comfortably accommodate up to 56 guests. Just to mention a few amenities… 3 large hot tubs, 6 full size refrigerators, 3 commercial ice makers, two LARGE bars, one with swings in the sand encompassing 6 completely different bar areas, 5 firepit areas, docks for 7 boats (three covered), parking for at least 15 trucks with trailers on them, 3 power washing stations, 12 kayaks, 6 paddle boards, two brand new 6 seater 1000cc ATV’s that come at no extra cost. You can also rent two different brand new Tritons boats, and two jet skis!

Just like our other lodges, this new property provides a range of amenities and features to ensure a memorable stay. It boasts breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, creating a picturesque backdrop for your vacation. The lodges are easily accessible with entrances on both floors, making it convenient for large groups.

Inside the lodge, you'll find all the comforts of home. We have equipped the lodges with high-speed internet mesh system that encompasses the entire 4 acres around all of the houses, firepits and all the to the dock and into the water! The central coffee bars offers a variety of options to satisfy all coffee enthusiasts, including a ninja coffee maker, frother, pour-over, French press, coffee grinder, and Keurig machine. We provide enough coffee pods and beans to get you started, along with plenty of coffee mugs for your entire group.

Step outside onto the three covered porches, two of which are screened-in (one with a hanging outdoor king size bed screened in that’s not even included in the number available to sleep!), and take in the stunning views while enjoying meals at the large custom Black Walnut tables. The porch also features a spacious outdoor kitchen bar with a Blackstone grill (3 total), perfect for BBQs and gatherings. With ample parking for trailers and side by sides, our lodge is the ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. You can easily access thousands of miles of ATV trails just 1.8 miles away, and you can ride your ATVs directly from the property to the trails, eliminating the need for trailering.

For those who love boating, fishing, or water activities, you'll appreciate the covered boat dock with a ladder for swimming. We also provide paddleboards and kayaks for guests to use, allowing you to explore the lake at your leisure. Additionally, the lodge is situated near marinas and town, ensuring convenience while still offering a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.

In addition to all the existing amenities, our new property is specifically tailored to ATV riders and boaters. We have added a two Polaris Ranger six-seater ATV’s for your group's enjoyment, along with four more kayaks and two more paddleboards. To cater to ATV riders, we have included boot drying stations and power washing stations for your convenience.

All of our properties are located on approximately 4 acres of land, providing ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Whether you're planning a boating, fishing, ATV/CANAM, or hunting vacation, or even a wedding, honeymoon, reunion, or team building getaway, Twin Timbers Lodge offers something for everyone.
