🚤Boatdock: There is One Covered Boat Slip available for this boat house. Boat dock available May-August, Off Season the water levels may be low. Please contact host to see if we can accommodate.

Boat: Bring your own or rent thru a 3rd party

🚗Parking: Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Driveway is very steep. There is space for 3 cars on the gravel and 1 in the driveway.

Note: One of the best parts about staying at Norris Lake is being surrounded by the beauty of the wilderness. With that beauty comes a few natural visitors—bugs and critters are part of the experience when you're this close to nature.

To help keep your stay comfortable and critter-free, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed when not in use. Leaving them open invites insects and small animals to explore inside the home—especially in the warmer months.

Other Things to Note:

Boat Dock Seasonality: The private dock and its covered slip are available for use from May through August. During the off-season, lake water levels may be too low for the dock to be accessible. Please contact us to confirm availability for your specific dates.

Boats & Golf Carts: Guests are welcome to bring their own boat. Boat and golf cart rentals are also available for seasonal rental through local third-party companies.

Grill Supplies: We provide an initial supply of propane for the grill. Guests are responsible for supplying their own pellets for the smoker/grill and refilling propane tanks if more is needed.

Streaming Services: The TVs are smart TVs. Please use your personal login credentials for streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Booking Availability: If your desired dates are unavailable, please contact us. We manage other similar properties in the area that may be a perfect fit for your group.



Interaction with Guests:
