We are located 14 miles from I-75 ( Carryville, Lafollette, Jacksboro exit 134 ) There is approximately 2550 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 14 comfortably. Parking is available right outside the retreat with 4 to 5 steps to enter.

Main level or first floor has kitchen, living room, and full bathroom with television, DVD player. Patio doors leading to the deck provide a gas grill, table & chairs to enjoy the views. The kitchen is furnished with cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, toaster, blender and coffee makers (Keurig & Mr. Coffee).

The second floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and patio doors opening to a private deck. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.

The basement has one bedroom with queen size bed. The rec room has tabletop shuffleboard, air hockey, dart board & TV. There is a half bath with laundry facilities.

The dock is 18' x 28' mostly covered with sunbathing area (the activity of sitting or lying in the sun, usually to relax, absorb vitamin D, or achieve a suntan).
