Please note this is just a place to stay and relax, you are not allowed to take the yacht out of the slip.

**We also rent a Seadoo Sparx personal watercraft to enjoy during your stay for $150/day or a Seadoo Switch 5 person pontoon for $300/day. Rental agreement via Docusign required**

Built in 1993 and beautifully maintained, this 12x50 foot houseboat has the comforts of home on the river. 480 feet of enclosed living space plus a cuddy with a second sleeping area and a queen size pull out couch, in addition to a full size upper level deck with lots of space for relaxing and enjoying the views of the Mississippi River.
**Please note, it most comfortably fits 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6 people. Any guests over 4 incur a $25/guest/nt additional charge due to excess water consumption and need for additional pump outs of septic system with more guests**

Entire boat accessible spring through fall, main enclosed level only during winter.

Fairly quiet marina on French Island. Easy walk to Veterans Park, Tom Sawyers is a great restaurant at the base of the marina which offers on site dining/bar or take away to your boat. Minutes to other restaurants and outdoor activities.

Walk easily to numerous bars and restaurants on French Island. Plenty of off street parking across the street.

Keep in mind this is a boat on the river. There is motion, albeit very subtle. Things rust easily and get dirty very quickly on the water. We have an onboard water storage system consisting of a 100 gallon water tank and a 75 gallon grey tank. The marina is great about pumping out the grey tank weekly or as needed and there is a water slicker near the boat for refilling the water tank. If you need help with either please let us know. Waterslide is not to be used while boat is docked per marina rules.
Guests are not allowed to take boat out of the slip. If you desire a cruise, that can be added for an additional $300/hour with a minimum 3 hour cruise. No additional guests allowed on boat without permission prior. Numerous items unique to boat living are important to review before your stay. A guidebook will be shared prior to check in with these items including water usage, parking instructions and where to find the boat. All garbage must be removed from boat and taken to dumpster prior to departure.
