"Arrival at the hotel was already very positive, entering a bright, clean lobby, and the welcome at the reception by Natascha was very warm, making us feel right at home immediately. The hotel room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It featured a bed with a good mattress and comfortable pillows, a nice bathroom, good air conditioning, and amenities such as a kettle, water, and a fridge; it was a quiet room that offered everything we needed. A special thank you goes to Natscha; she embodies everything you would want in someone working in the hospitality industry. Not only is she impeccably groomed— with her hair, makeup, and nails perfectly done—she has an eye for detail and a professional demeanor, while radiating warmth and friendliness. She is truly service-oriented. We greatly appreciated her granting us a late check-out. I can easily imagine that working with Natascha is an asset to the team— her positive attitude, clear communication, politeness, and willingness to help, along with the pleasure she takes in being there for the guest and selling the product in the best possible way, these are qualities she brings with her. I myself worked as a flight attendant/ purser in the airline industry for 35 years, so I know what service means. We wish Natascha every success in her future career and we would love to return to the Best Western Hotel in La Ciotat next year!"
