Beautiful traditional Provençal house amongst vineyards and fruit trees 15 minutes drive from the markets and restaurants of Uzes. Having completed building work this is the first summer we are renting our lovely house. 3 en-suite bedrooms with water cooled fans. 3 relaxing terraces and garden. Built within the old walls is a fenced swimming pool with a safety gate, a swimming jet and views across the countryside. All surrounded by walking and cycling tracks. The perfect Provencal retreat. This is a beautiful traditional stone built Provençal house . While the exterior is of typical rural rustic Provençal style it has been sympathetically renovated with comfortable modern interiors. It has 170m2 of interior space with 400m2 of exterior space. We have 3 bedrooms all with independent access. The main bedroom has a super king size bed (180x200cm), dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and basin together with a powerful ceiling fan. Another bedroom has a king size bed (160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with bath with shower attachment,
toilet and basin, and a large water cooled fan. The final bedroom has a king size bed (160x200cm) with en-suite shower room with toilet and basin and large water cooled fan. This bedroom has a mezzanine floor with 2 full size single beds (90x200cm) - ideal for children but also suitable for adults. All bedrooms have direct access to a terrace. We also have an extra ground floor bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
We have 3 beautiful outdoor terraces/patios for relaxing
as well as a garden. We also have a small olive grove - lovely for wondering among the trees. Plenty of space for parking. The property is totally enclosed and secure with deadlock bars on all the doors. The area is wonderfully quiet. Quite magical. We are 15 minutes from the extraordinary medieval town of Uzes. We are 10 minutes from St Quentin - a lovely town with a fabulous food market on Tuesdays and general and food market on Fridays. It also has a carrefour supermarket, butchers, bakeries, cafe/bars/restaurants etc.
