Villa Mimosa is a spacious 5-bedroom villa. The outdoor space is exceptional with a bar area, a covered terrace and a barbecue area located next to the impressive private pool. The pool terrace is furnished with sofas for relaxation and high-quality sun loungers. There are 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern fully equipped high-quality kitchen, a large open-plan living and dining room. However, this house is not suitable for people with disabilities, as it has many stairs, including those at the entrance to the house, which is on the first floor.
The villa offers an ideal location for a relaxing holiday but is convenient for the local supermarket and a couple of tapas bars a 10-15 minute walk away. The village of L'Ametlla de Mar is just a 5 minute drive away. And the Portaventura adventure park is approximately 20 minutes drive away.
The ground floor offers a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room. On the first floor you will find an open plan lounge, dining room and very modern kitchen with good equipment, and a covered terrace. On the second floor you will find 2 double bedrooms and a triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
This region of the Golden Coast is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions of the Mediterranean coast. For beach lovers, the coast offers a large number of impressive golden sand beaches with blue flags and tranquil coves.
PORTAVENTURA, Europe's largest theme park, Ferrari Land and water parks are located 25 minutes from the villa (by car or regular train service from L'Ametlla de Mar). The magnificent city of Barcelona is approximately 90 minutes from the Villa.
The charming fishing villages of L'Ametlla de Mar and L'Ampolla are towns with great appeal. L'Ametlla de Mar is located about 5-10 minutes' drive from the town, and is a popular destination for couples and families who return year after year to enjoy the atmosphere of this picturesque town that has retained its authentic charm. L'Ametlla de Mar offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. An ideal place to have a drink in the sun or on a warm evening in one of the tapas bars, traditional fish restaurants or international restaurants at the port.
There are many other fabulous port cities and mountain towns full of culture and tradition near the Villa. A little further away you will find the historic cities of Reus, GaudĂ's birthplace, and Tarragona with its beautiful Roman amphitheatre. Then without forgetting the magnificent city of Barcelona where GaudĂ's influence has turned Barcelona into one of the most impressive cities in the world.
For a relaxing day, the Ebro Delta nature reserve is located 25 minutes' drive away and is truly impressive, being renowned worldwide for its rare fauna and bird species. The beaches are incredible, the sand dunes were used as a filming location in the film 'Sahara' starring Penélope Cruz and several music videos. There are also many routes to explore the picturesque mountains, where you will find many beautiful mountain villages and views that will leave you amazed.
Golf: There are 4 golf courses a 30-minute drive from this area.
The location of the villa is very convenient, close to Reus and Tarragona at only 30 minutes, CastellĂłn at 1 hour and 15 minutes, Barcelona at 90 minutes, Valencia and Girona are also at only approximately 2 hours away.
