This exclusive plan offers a complete private reservation of “Shokudo ICHIFUNE,” a multipurpose dining space next to Shukubo KANETSUNE, where you will enjoy an exceptional sushi experience prepared by a renowned private sushi master. Serving celebrities across the Kyoto-Osaka area, this highly sought-after chef will come exclusively for you and craft exquisite sushi right before your eyes. A dedicated customer attendant will provide full support to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience.

　●Chef’s Selection: The course is omakase-style, but special requests for specific ingredients are welcome in advance.

The property consists of a temple, gardens, Shukubo KANETSUNE, and Shokudo ICHIFUNE.

● Private Guest Space — Shukubo KANETSUNE
A fully private two-story residence of about 100㎡ with premium amenities. The first floor features a kitchen, living area, wine cellar, large TV, and high-end Bluetooth speakers. Two bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy for families and groups.

● Private Guest Space — Shokudo ICHIFUNE
Facing a designated scenic garden, ICHIFUNE offers an elegant atmosphere reminiscent of a fine Japanese restaurant. Relish a once-in-a-lifetime sushi experience while enjoying serene garden views. Cultural activities such as tea ceremonies and calligraphy workshops are also available.

● Shared Spaces — Temple Pathways & Garden
Certain areas are shared with temple visitors, cultural experience participants, and staff. Entry into the temple itself is restricted.

Additional Services
・Breakfast Buffet: ¥3,800 per person (reservation required).
・Parking: 1 car per reservation, ¥1,000/day.
・Mid-Stay Cleaning: ¥30,000, including linens, towels, pajamas, and light cleaning.
・Concierge Service: Included in your stay, providing full support for reservations, travel arrangements, and sightseeing plans. Real-time assistance is available from 9:00 to 21:00.
・On-Site Concierge: ¥30,000 / 4 hours, including personalized assistance at sightseeing spots.

● Dining ICHIFUNE: Reserved together with your booking, available exclusively to staying guests. You may freely access and enjoy this private space.

● Temple: No entry to the interior of the temple buildings.

● Temple paths, garden, and other grounds: Shared spaces.
　For safety reasons, garden access has set hours and restricted areas.
　- Access hours: Daytime (Spring/Summer 6:00–18:00, Autumn/Winter 7:00–17:00)
　- Restricted areas: Access permitted only up to the bridge before the pond and up to the bamboo barrier (kekkai).


A dedicated customer attendant will carefully support your journey, ensuring comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay. Please feel free to share any requests or inquiries with us.

● Concierge Service
We assist with arrangements, reservations, and sightseeing plans. From check-in to check-out, real-time support is available daily from 9:00–21:00 via phone or message. Pre-arrival consultations are accepted only for itineraries within your stay.

● On-site Concierge Service (30,000 JPY / 4 hours)
A personal attendant will accompany you, providing guidance and assistance at sightseeing locations. With attentive support by your side, you can enjoy a more seamless and relaxing travel experience.


Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00.
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time between 7 days and 2 days prior to your stay.
If you wish to leave your luggage before check-in, we can assist you from 11:30. If the room is ready earlier, you may check in immediately.

Check-out is self-service and must be completed by 11:00.

※ Please note that check-in after 21:00 is generally not accepted.
If unavoidable, an additional fee will be charged per 30 minutes.

Staying in a Cultural Heritage Property

Our property is located within a historic temple complex and includes a Kyoto City-designated scenic garden.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

● Certain areas are guest-only, others are shared spaces, and some are strictly off-limits. Please follow the guidelines provided.
● Upon check-in, our staff will provide a detailed orientation about garden rules and facility usage (approx. 30 minutes).
● Garden access is limited to designated hours:
　(Spring/Summer 6:00–18:00 / Autumn/Winter 7:00–17:00)
● To protect moss and plants, high heels are not permitted in the garden.
● Photography inside the garden is not allowed, as it is intended to be a memorable, in-person experience.
　However, photography through the dining room windows at ICHIFUNE is permitted.
● Please note that, as the grounds are rich in nature, small animals and insects (bees, spiders, birds, etc.) may be present. We recommend keeping windows closed during your stay.
● For private dining or events at ICHIFUNE, please notify us in advance.
● No open flames or smoking are allowed anywhere on the property.

This special plan offers a world-class private sushi experience, prepared by a renowned sushi master serving celebrities and VIPs across the Kyoto-Osaka area. The chef will personally come to Dining ICHIFUNE and prepare an exclusive omakase course right before your eyes.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences

● This is an omakase course (chef’s selection). If you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please inform us in advance.
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to ingredient availability.

Beverages

● You may bring your own beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
● Alternatively, we can arrange beverage purchases on your behalf. Please inform us at least 7 days before your arrival.

Seating & Children

● As this is a live sushi experience where the chef prepares sushi in front of you, seated dining is required.
● Children are welcome; however, adult supervision is required at all times for safety reasons.

Service Duration & Start Time

● The sushi dining experience lasts approximately 2 hours.
● Service can be scheduled between 16:00 and 22:00.
● For start times after 22:00, an additional ¥50,000 surcharge applies.

During Your Stay

● Please refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, or speaking loudly in outdoor and shared areas.
● Kyoto City requires strict waste separation into 4 categories. Instructions will be provided at check-in.
● The property reserves the right to deny service or request immediate check-out in case of inappropriate behavior.
