Kure Beach

Check in was flawless. Condo was clean and all the things were included. From champagne flutes to coffee filters, dishwashing detergent to blankets to cuddle on the couch, it was just like home.

Great beach location

Nice house with quick walk across the street to the beach. Pretty beach with lots of waves. Confidently located between Kure Beach Pier and Carolina Beach Boardwalk with lots of restaurants and arcades and things to do. Very pretty updated house with lots of amenities.

Wonderful Stay at Sea Ya

Easy access to beach and surfing lessons.. House had elevator necessary for multigenerational get together. Kitchen was amazing and has everything you need. Ocean views were good. Street noise was louder than expected but you could still hear the ocean later in the evening. Spectacular sunrise from the porch for early risers. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We were very impressed with this vacation rental. The location was great as it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool. It is small so we adjusted our schedule to take our kids there in the morning because it does fill up in the late afternoon. The elevator worked out great as one of family members struggles with stairs. The house matched the description and pictures. It was very clean and in great condition. We had a great time there.

Family Vacation

Sea Ya was perfect for the 8 of us. My 23 year old twin boys stayed in the bunk bed room. My 18mos old grand twins stayed in pack and plays in the bedroom next to bunk bed room. My daughter and her husband had the main floor bedroom all to themselves. The kitchen was great. Plenty of space and openness to the main room and balcony. The only issue we had were the flies in and around the garage and garbage bins. Unfortunately some previous guests did not clean grill well enough and there were flies in that as well. I would definitely come back to Sea Ya! Thanks!

Great townhome and location

This property is very nice and the location is great. We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is the adjacent neighbors do not like that the townhome is a rental. If it wasn't for that I would book this house every year.

Wonderful Home

Great new place that has all the amenities of home. Great beach access. We did clean the carpets in several places from previous four legged visitors who left their mark behind. But glad we could bring our K9 kin with us. Can’t wait to rent it again in the spring.

We have stayed in many beach rentals and this cottage surpasses them all. A Cook's Kitchen--had every kitchen utensil you could ever need. It was stocked as it would be if they were expecting family: plenty of paper products, soaps, detergents, ziplock storage bags, beach towels, beach chairs. It was a lovely experience.

Awesome spot - we will be back!

This house was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of 9, including young kiddos. The location can't be beaten and the pictures are spot on - the house is beautifully decorated, well-appointed with everything you need for your vacation. We had a small issue with the refrigerator and the property management team was there within a few hours on a Sunday - SUPER awesome team!! I can't recommend the house enough for your Kure Beach vacation!

Amazing Property Management

I have been renting at different east coast beaches for 40+ years and this was by far the most well equipped place I have ever stayed. The kids and adults had an amazing time. Everyone had their own space and it was very quiet. We had a small problem at the property and it was handled quickly and professionally. I can’t recommend them enough!!!! Just bring your bathing suits and cooler and hit the beach!
