Villa Haya - apartment MIRTA with heated pool

Apartment MIRTA is located on the first floor of the villa Haya in Linardići, island Krk and can accomodate a total of 4 persons. The apartment has one double bedroom with it's own bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining room and living area and a terrace. The sleeping sofa in living room can be used as an additional bed for 2 persons. In the outdoor area there is a heated pool (shared), a barbecue, sitting and dining area, sun loungers and outdoor shower - all of this is always at your disposal. WiFi, air conditioning, SAT-TV included in the rental price. Private parking spot provided.


Linardici
Linardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.

Tourism in Linardici
As the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.
In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.

Beaches

Vela Jana

Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

Lovely holiday apartment with clean, slightly heated pool and nice balcony with an ocean view. Nothing much nearby, but Krk isn't very far. Comfortable bed, good table and chairs on the balcony which was a really nice place to sit. It's a family place, there were kids in the pool in the evening and people cooking at the bbq. But quiet after about 9pm. Very nice overall and good value.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 3 Tage vor Ort. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Poolbereich. Unsere Tochter konnte super darin planschen. Tomislav und sein Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in der Villa Haya

Wir hatten eine super Woche in der Villa Haya. Apartment sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Außenanlage sehr gepflegt. Pool war super, vor allem der Kleinkinderbereich und das er beheizt ist. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr netter Empfang. Parklätze sind vorm Haus ausreichend vorhanden Das Apartment ist sehr modern und prefekt eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Im Wohnzimmer seht ein Kühlschrank und eine Kochgelegenheit. 2 TVs für gute Unterhaltung mit deutschen Programmen. Das Badezimmer ist nicht groß aber sehr modern mit einer Walk-In Dusche. Der Pool ist noch groß aber zum relaxen völlig ausreichend. Das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen

Es war ein toller Urlaub auf Krk! Die Wohnung liegt ganz ruhig, das gesamte Haus innerhalb eines Dorfes. Für uns manchmal etwas zu ruhig und zu weit weg vom Geschehen, aber das hätten wir uns vorher anschauen können. Unser „Fehler“. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Klein, aber fein. Besonders toll war die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und dazu die Pads, sowie der Weber-Grill im Garten! Der Checkin war reibungslos und es gab viele Informationen rund um die Insel. Schöne Unterkunft, Preis-Leistung hat auf jeden Fall gepasst!

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Es ist ein schön eingerichtetes Apartment in ländlicher Gegend. Es kann passieren daß man von einem Hahn und einigen Hühnern geweckt wird. In der Küche ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten alles vorhanden. Eine geile Grillecke mit Kohle und Anzündern ist inklusive.
