Apartment Lantana is located on the ground floor, it is equipped for 4-6 persons. It has private terrace with pool view. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior offers an air conditioned living room with television, kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle, WiFi. Parking space, barbecue and heated pool (with children area)are on disposal.The apartment is situated at 2 km from the beach.


Linardici
Linardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.

Tourism in Linardici
As the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.
In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.

Beaches

Vela Jana

Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation apartment. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet environment surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our trip was exploring the beautiful surroundings by bike. There are so many scenic routes and picturesque spots nearby. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

Strávili jsme zde velikonoce, byla to nejlepší volba. I v bazenu jsme ae vykoupali,ač byl začátek dubna byl ohřáty na 21-23 °C. Jem škoda, ze jsme tam byli jen ma 3 noci. Nechtělo se nám odjíždět. Moc děkujeme.

Katastrofa

Odnos šefa do gostov je bil nepojmljiva katastrofa. Slednji je bil pod očitnim vplivom alkohola, zato je že celo popoldne s svojim odosom motil počitek gostov. Zvečer je pa komaj še stal na nogah, ko je hotel fizično obračunavat z gosti, da o neprimernih besedah in žaljenju sploh ne pišem. Sam je nato po 22.00 uri navijal glasno glasbo in s prijatelji razgrajal. Upam da bo kdo od pristojnih kaj spremrnil, saj je Villa Haya zgubila redne goste, zaradi odnosa vodstva oz. zaposlrnega.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Besonders positiv war, dass wir alle paar Tage frische Handtücher bekommen haben. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight – sehr schön und sogar beheizt, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Parkplatz war manchmal etwas überfüllt. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren 12 Tage im August in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr freundliches Personal...wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...der Pool ist groß genug und ist für mehrere Personen geeignet, außerdem konnte dieser bis spät in die Nacht genutzt werden...es gab mehrmals in der Woche einen Handtuchwechsel und es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt ob wir was benötigen...der Ort ist etwas abgelegen, aber dennoch zentral für Ausflüge, Strand oder Städtetripps...ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Sehr einfach, relativ abgelegen

Die Wohnung war relativ groß, jedoch sehr einfach ausgestattet. Das Bad schon arg in die Jahre gekommen, der WC Sitz zu klein für die Toilette, der Ausblick in den Hinterhof mehr als unschön. Überall Hundekot. Wir haben am ersten Abend erstmal den Boden gewischt. Der Terassen- und Poolbereich war sauber und gepflegt. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher zu trocknen, außer über den Terassenstühlen. Ohne Auto ist man völlig aufgeschmissen. Das war uns leider vorab nicht bewusst.

Tolle Ferienwohnung , toller Service !

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön ,sauber und bestens für einen erholsamen Urlaub geeignet. Toller Pool , sehr saubere Zimmer ( werden mehrmals in der Woche von einer sehr netten Putzfrau gereinigt). Drei tolle Restaurants sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Größere Städt wie KRK in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Lebensmittelmarkt ist vor Ort der aber auch nicht teurer wie die Konzummärkte sind. Kleinere Buchten sind zu entdecken wo sehr wenige Urlauber vor Ort sind. Ein Auto ist aber zum Strand nötig.
