Superbe villa en bord de mer à Punt Vierkant avec une vue imprenable où vous pourrez plonger juste en face de votre villa! Une terrasse privée spacieuse avec piscine avec accès immédiat à la mer .Avec 3 chambres (avec toutes les salles de bains privatives) l'endroit idéal pour séjourner entre amis ou en famille. Assis dans la piscine pour regarder un beau coucher de soleil ou tout simplement profiter de la tranquillité de la villa. Très centralement situé à tous les sites de plongée dans le sud et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Jibe City pour la planche à voile ou de la plage Atlantis pour le kite surf. Un service de voiturier privé sera offert à la villa, donc tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plongée sera apporté et changé à votre villa. Nous organisons un service de ramassage gratuit depuis l'aéroport de Flamingo et bien sûr une boisson fraîche et des collations seront prêtes à la villa à l'arrivée.
Douche extérieure avec réservoir de rinçage et salle de plongée pour sécher et ranger votre équipement.
La taxe de séjour locale de 5,50 $ pp par nuit (> 13 ans) n'est pas incluse dans le tarif de location.

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa, thoroughly appreciated how welcoming and pleasant Martin and Nicole made it to check in and to stay in the villa. It's a beautiful and comfortable residence, and it had everything we needed to make meals together and relax after full days of scuba diving!

This is our third time at Dushi Lugar and it did not disappoint. Road construction and storm damage detract from the experience but it truly is a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful home right on the ocean. The ladder to the ocean let's go snorkel and dive right from the house. The real estate agent was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would stay here again.

Great location, great view

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this house. Love everything about it. The location is great, close to delfins and all the diving. The deck overlooking the ocean is amazing. Lots of places to sit. The pool is a nice touch for cooling off in the afternoon.

Wonderful house with prime location

The house and experience exceeded expectations on all levels. Clean, breezy in common areas and extremely cool and comfortable bedrooms with excellent AC. Great accommodations for dive equipment and convenient to all the southern dive sites. Nicole and Martin were very accommodating…checking in/out a breeze. Will be back!

Amazing water view

I stayed in November for a week at Villa Dushi Lugar. The outside space was truly amazing with sunset views and easy access to the Ocean. The inside of the home was well taken care of and everything worked to perfection. I can't wait to go again.

Tropical Paradise

The location right on the water is magical! The views to the oceans are superb, and the scuba diving right off the deck couldn't be more convenient. The home itself is perfect and especially nice for 2 adult couples. Both of the upstairs bedrooms are essentially "masters".

Excellent Home in Paradise

We will defiantly return! Great home in an excellent location. We were within minutes of town with great dining and 8 minutes to kite beach. The home was very clean and neat. We were welcomed by Nicole who was wonderful. Her attention to detail was perfect! We would absolutely recommend this home.

Gorgeous house directly on the ocean

Martin and Nicole are amazing hosts. They immediately respond to any email. The house was well equipped for cooking, the upstairs bedrooms each had a TV, air conditioning, great king bed and private bathroom. The main floor is stunning with stackable sliding glass doors that allow you to completely open up the back to the patio and pool. The stairs to the ocean provide easy access for snorkeling. I would definitely return for another stay.

Very enjoyable in a nice area

We had a great time at the Dushi Lugar. The open air downstairs was comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned. We were able to cook many of our meals in the home. There was very easy access to restaurants and shopping near the home. The pool was small, but very clean and comfortable. The ocean was very pleasant to jump in and enjoy.

Beautiful house on the ocean

The house was exactly like it appeared in the pictures. Clean open and beautiful. It had plenty of towels to use at the water and for diving. The kitchen was stocked with enough for our needs. I loved all the lounge chairs out on the deck. And it’s always great to have a pool to come back to after diving. The area to wash our scuba gear was perfect.

Perfect Place for a Stay in Paradise

We just returned from a week’s stay at Villa Dushi Lugar and absolutely loved it! With the exception of some storm damage to the deck, the house looked exactly as it did in the photos. The view was amazing and we could sit on the deck and watch the sunset. It was so convenient to walk across the street and have a great dinner at Paradise Pizza. Nicole was an excellent property manager and responded to any inquiries quickly. She also shopped for us and had the items put away by the time we got to the villa. We will definitely stay here again for future trips!

Wonderful week

What a great trip! The only drawbacks for our stay were the functionality of the kitchen appliances. The grill needs repeat or replacing. There were issues with the stove eyes. We planned on cooking more than dining out and that didn’t work out very well. Overall kitchen update would make it a perfect destination!

Our favorite house on the island!

This was our second stay at this amazing house. The deck over the water is a great feature. You can climb down the ladder for an easy entry to the water or just jump out for a big splash! (Feet First Recommended). We've spent days just diving the reef behind the house and always have a new experience. Martin is a great host and always makes sure we have what we need. The house is well furnished & clean. Waking up in the cozy bed with this view is like a dream.

Pure Relaxation

The house is extremely spacious and clean. The bedrooms have nice air conditioners, large bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The main living area had that amazing ocean breeze throughout the house. The back patio and deck was where we spent 99% of our time. We relaxed, sunbathed and snorkeled right off the dock. The abundance of marine life is incredible. We swam with a spotted eagle ray, turtle, octopus and a wide variety of tropical fish. Nicole and Martin were extremely helpful and answered any of our questions immediately. We highly recommend this home!

We will be back!

My favorite part of this property is the deck. We looked at multiple houses along this road and so happy we picked Dushi Lugar. The deck is beautiful and sticks out further than all the other homes along the street. That provided us with extra privacy and my older kids loved jumping off the deck into the ocean. It was hard to leave the house for dinner because we had perfect sunset views every night. It was super windy during our stay but the house blocked the winds from the east. which was great. Also, just a short walk to Buddy Dive where my kids were able to get their advanced open water certification. Martin was a great host and even was able to help us promptly when we locked ourselves out of the house. No question, we will be back!

Martin and Nicole were great host! Communication with the host was very prompt. The house was very clean and had the most amazing breezes blowing through out the house! Incredible views from both floors. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We did leave a set of plastic glasses for little ones as ours dropped a few small glasses which we also replaced. Enjoyed the swimming pool and snorkeling right off the deck. The only negative is the deck needs some repairs. But it didn’t interfere with our stay in the least. Hope to visit this home again in the future😊

Best Vacation Rental

We have stayed at many vacation rentals all over the world and a few different ones in Bonaire. This property is perfectly located for southern diving, Sorobon beach, or the quick trip into town. The house is beautiful with a great soaking pool. Giant strides off the deck! Dive Ches Heinz multiple times right behind the house. House had plenty of space, huge back covered deck. We ate all meals outside. Rooms are all suites with king beds and great big bathrooms. Aircon. worked great. We shut it off during the day and as long as the doors remained closed stayed cold all day. We will absolutely stay here again. Hosts were responsive to needs but we really never had to contact them once in the place.

Exceeded Expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Dushi Lugar. The house was spacious, well equipped and overlooked the gorgeous Bonaire waters. The outdoor accommodations were wonderful for enjoying time by the pool, or taking a trip down the ladder to snorkel the waters right off the property. There are plenty of fish to see right out your back door. The outdoor shower, rinse tub and closet were great for cleaning up and organizing gear after time exploring the dive/snorkel sites of Bonaire. The bedrooms were very comfortable with great closet space and nice air conditioning units to use as needed. We didn't have use of the advertised garage, but were able to secure our rental vehicle in the driveway and close the outdoor gate for privacy. Owners were very responsive to any questions or issues we encountered during our stay. We frequented the pizza place and outdoor bar across the street a few times during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Dush Lugar - BON-Tastic!

First of all, our host Nicole (Bonaire Oceanview Rentals) was amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Started our trip off in the most pleasing manor. There were refreshments and snacks in the fridge! The property was stunningly beautiful. The ONLY thing that prevents a true 5 star is its proximity to the sea, and the wear and tear of nature in that environment. The accommodations were perfect, each room was large and spacious and air conditioned. The place was set up to accommodate diving. I mean everything you need to store and maintain your equipment was there. Security was awesome! The house is designed to have the sea breeze blow through all day, but the doors had a great double locking mechanism, so you always felt secured. It was beautifully lit at night too, to not only provide for safety, but to showcase the pristinely manicured grounds and structural design. Beds were comfortable and honestly, I cannot say that we lacked or wished for anything while on our stay. It was beautiful via photos, but even more stunning in its functionality while on site. Ocean front living at its finest.

Outstanding Stay at Dushi Lugar!

Four of us rented Dushi Lugar the first week of August 2019. We could not have been happier with our experience. The villa is as advertised and pictured online. Communication with the property managers was excellent and timely on all occasions. It was a wonderful location for us. We are all divers and the reef right in front of the house is excellent. If looking at a dive map of Bonaire, it is the Chez Hines reef. Access to the water was easy via the ladder off of the deck. The ladder is steep/vertical, but not a problem for any of us. All 3 bedrooms were well appointed. Beds were comfortable, pillows as well. The Air Conditioning in the bedrooms worked flawlessly. There is a nice outdoor shower and rinse tanks for dive gear and dive gear storage. The kitchen is well equipped and met our needs. There were only 2 things that stood out as needing attention, but for us they were minor. The freezer makes ice, but the external thing thing that you press your glass against for the ice to extract and fall into the glass doesn't work and you have to open the freezer and then open the tray where the ice resides and reach in and pull the ice out by hand. This wasn't that easy and we were concerned that we might break something. Only other thing was that all 3 bedrooms had safes for locking up valuables, but only 1 of them is accessible and usable. So, we all had to coordinate with and around the person residing in that room in order to store and retrieve our laptops, cell phones, cash/credit cards, etc. It was an inconvenience, but we worked around it each day.
