General description



This spacious condo is located on the second floor of the Belmar Oceanfront Apartments complex in the Punt Vierkant neighborhood. From the balcony, guests enjoy spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea. With a total surface area of 184 mÂČ, there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The shared magna pool provides a refreshing swim on warm days. Good and More is just 350 meters away, Bachelor's Beach 650 meters, and downtown Kralendijk 5.2 kilometers. Restaurant Brass Boer is 950 meters away, as is the Dive Friends branch at Delfins Beach Resort.



The layout



The condo has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 180 by 200 centimeters, and two bedrooms each with two single beds measuring 90 by 200 centimeters. There are two bathrooms. The open kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ice maker, and air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms. The balcony is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and offers views over the Caribbean Sea.

Just a few minutes’ drive from Belmar Oceanfront Apartments are the salt pans in southern Bonaire, known as the Salt Flats. These striking white plains with pink waters and towering salt piles are a favorite spot for photographers. Flamingos are often seen here, especially in the shallow ponds surrounding the pans. It’s a unique area to stop for a short walk and discover Bonaire’s industrial history while enjoying the extraordinary palette of colors.

Everything went smoothly and convenient quiet location which is what we wanted for our family. Very nice complex with friendly people. Short drive to center of busy city and grocery store.
