Superbe hotel moderne, trĂšs propre. L'hotel est ouvert depuis seulement quelques mois donc encore tout neuf! Les proprio sont vraiment gentils et le service est impeccable.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The first room we were offered had no windows, which we couldnât accept. The second room had a bathroom with a strong rotten smell, making it very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the receptionist was lovely and tried to help, but the room issues really overshadowed that.

Receptionisten behöver en charm kurs och lÀra sig service. Hotellet saknar luftkonditionering i samtliga allmÀnna utrymmen. Mycket varmt. Inget vattentryck i tvÀtthon eller duschen. En pina att tvÀtta sig eller duscha. SÀngen bestod av tvÄ obekvÀma hÄrda enkelsÀngar som gick isÀr hela tiden. Buller frÄn gatan utanför var verkligen pÄtagligt och hindrade nattsömnen.
I will not recommend this hotel to all. We arrived at about 8pm to check-in. We were horrified when the hotel staff informed us that they did not have our booking and told us that we might got scammed. We booked via hotels.com and had prepaid. After much explaining to the hotel staff, finally managed to convinced her that our booking is legitimate. She checked and managed to find our booking via expedia.com. We got our room 404. When we opened the door, we were shocked to see a big lizard crawling on the floor. We managed to get a room change to 406. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel in Krabi.
