Villa Mihali is a contemporary four-bedroom property located within the recently completed Aeneas Grand Villa complex, part of the Aphrodite Hills Resort in southwest Cyprus. Accessible via flights to Paphos, this villa provides accommodation for up to eight guests and is equipped to a high standard throughout.

Upon entry, guests are welcomed into a spacious marble hallway leading to an open-plan living area. The lounge features neutral-toned furnishings including beige sofas and armchairs, complemented by curated artwork and lighting fixtures. This space is designed for comfort and relaxation, with a flat-screen TV available for entertainment. Adjacent to the lounge, a dining area with seating for ten offers an option for indoor meals, and the adjoining kitchen includes modern appliances suited for home cooking.

The ground floor includes one bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and direct access to the pool terrace, making it convenient for morning swims.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom features a king-size bed, classic-style furnishings, and a marble en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a deep bathtub, and a separate shower. French doors open to a private balcony with seating and sea views. Two additional first-floor bedrooms – one double and one twin – maintain a similar design standard and both include en-suite shower rooms and balconies overlooking the sea or resort grounds.

Outdoor amenities include a ten-metre infinity swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor seating. The terrace also features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue and a wine fridge. An alfresco dining area provides seating for eight, suitable for hosting family or friends.

Villa Mihali is situated in the newly developed Aeneas Grand Villa complex within the Aphrodite Hills Resort. Located on the South West of the beautiful island of Cyprus, set in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, the resort is short twenty minute drive from Paphos airport, along the dramatic southern Cyprus coastline to the valley of the Troodos mountains, where the villa is set with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city itself.

Explore the ancient history in the local Archaeological Museum, visit the monasteries of Agios Neophytos and Crystoroyiatissa, climb over the ruins of the Forty Columns Fortress, marvel at the mosaics of Nea Paphos, climb the steps of the local lighthouse, go underground at the Agia Solomoni Catacombs, or simply find some peace and quite in the many Greek Orthodox churches throughout the town. After absorbing all that history take a leisurely stroll to the harbour and enjoy some freshly-caught fish, sample local olive oil and delicacies, visit the many traditional craft shops, before cooling off with the kids in the acclaimed Paphos Aphrodite Water Park. This property has solar heating for the hot water in the house, however for times when it is cloudy or the solar heated water is not sufficient there is a switch for backup electrically heated water. Details can be given on site.
