The villa features an unfenced private swimming pool with no lifeguard or safety barriers. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for infants or young children.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their children’s safety during the stay.

🚭 Strictly Non-Smoking Property
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, both indoors and outdoors, including the villa, terraces, garden, and pool area.
If smoking is detected, a €500 penalty will be applied to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Please respect the villa and neighboring residences by keeping noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours:
22:00 – 07:00 and 15:00 – 17:30.
Loud music, parties, or activities that may disturb nearby villas are not permitted.

🏡 Care of the Property
Please treat the villa with care and respect. Any damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning required after departure will be the guest’s responsibility.
Kindly notify us immediately if any damage occurs so we can work together toward a reasonable solution.
