The apartment is on the edge of the central square of Kos ( Liberty Square ). Around us there are tourist shops, archaeological sites, the Museum, cafes, restaurants, the port of Kos a few steps away, the Castle of Neratzia. You are in the heart of the city!

The city center, the port, nearby beaches as well as historical monuments, the movement can be done on foot. For transportation to the villages or to the airport there are bus stops and a taxi rank nearby. Alternatively, you can rent a car, motorbike or bicycle.

Quiet Hours 23.00-08.00 and 15.00-17.30.
Please respect the building and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 11 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5.30 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb other residents of the building or the neighborhood.

Please treat the apartment with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the apartment without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Finally, please ensure that you lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment and that you turn off all lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.

Car/yacht rental, Airport transfers, and many other services are available upon request.
