Hizmetlerimizle ilgili genel memnuniyetiniz bizleri sevindirmiştir. Otelimiz Hilton International zincirinin bir üyesidir. Hilton Garden Inn otelleri özellikle Amerika'da çok yaygın bir konsepttir ve Hilton Garden Inn Konya otelimiz de bu konseptin ülkemizde açılan ikinci otelidir. Hilton Garden Inn standartları gereğince, fiyatlarimizin siz sayın misafirlerimize daha uygun bir şekilde yansıtılabilmesi için otelimiz 4* olarak tasarlanmıştır ve tam servis veren Hilton otellerinden hizmet olarak biraz daha farklıdır. Örneğin Vale veya Bellboy hizmetimiz yoktur. Geribildirimleriniz, geliştirebileceğimiz alanları belirlememizde büyük bir rol oynadığından dolayı bizler için çok önemlidir.
