Studio Antica, apartment with a private swimming pool

The studio apartment Antica is located at a distance of just 18 km from the Old town Dubrovnik and only 5 km from the beautiful fishing town Cavtat. Our place is perfect for couples, business travelers, digital nomads, families with kids and it is only a few kilometers away from the airport. We are sure you will love our place because of the relaxing and romantic atmosphere, no traffic noise, complete privacy, fresh air, beautiful pool with massage bench, rich gardens, and very friendly hosts.

This unique house was severely damaged in the war and ten years after the war, it was fully renovated. The whole property is completely private and in a safe area. Studio apartment has two bathrooms, the smaller one is a pool bathroom with toilet, shower and sink while the bigger one is the main bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet. Toilets are fully furnished and contain shampoo, towels, hair dryer etc. Scavolini kitchen is fully equipped (dishwashing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishes and pottery). Pool is available from approximately 1st of June till 15th of September (Depending on weather conditions - temperature).

Guests have complete privacy on the whole property which includes studio apartment, pool, and terraces. Access to a barbecue/fireplace beside the main house  is on request. The hosts offer a complimentary laundry service ( washing) in case needed. A drying rack as well as an iron and ironing board are on disposal.

*** In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests and their families is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease, all surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.*** Guest have whole area to themselves, the apartment have private entrance to the property, with no interaction to anyone they don`t want to. If you need anything from host, you can reach via whatsapp, viber, facebook...*** Due to COVID-19 situation the keys of the property will be left in the property.
