The property is situated in the picturesque part of Kołobrzeg, at the bank of Parsęta river and Drzewny channel. The proximity of the river boulevard provides perfect chance for atmospheric walks.

Platany estate is situated only 1,3 km from the Kołobrzeg's beach. At a distance of 250 m there is Aquapark Milenium with a swimming pool (25 m) and slides, and at a distance of 500 m there is the Marina Solna yacht port. The apartment complex is also very close (300 m) to the city center with many shops, interesting restaurants and charming cafes. The closest neighborhood can also fulfill all daily needs – the closest grocery store is 150 m away from the apartment.
