The condo was very clean. We had no problems. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq were easily available. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well as did the fans. We were a 10 minute walk to two different beaches and shopping could be had by driving to Koloa or 30 minutes away to Lihue. The only issue I had was there were no chairs in the bedrooms. Chairs make it easier to dress.

Vacation 2025

This was an awesome property as past reviews have mentioned. The visit included, me, my husband and our adult daughter. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and the location cannot be beat. Just to note, we did have one small issue with the parking spot assigned to the unit and the property manager was quick to respond with a solution which we appreciated. We will definitely stay in this unit again during future visits.

So many positives about this property! Great location! Easy checkin/out! Everything vacationers with or without kids would hope for plus more! Beach equipment, cooler, chairs! Close to pool and jacuzzi! Walking distance to Poipu beach and great food joints! We were extremely happy with this VRBO! Would recommend and rent again! Nothing but positives and we use VRBO alot so we know a good thing!

The property exceeded all expectations! The service provided by the property manager was exceptional. Mere hours after reporting a leak in the coffee maker and brand new one was delivered. Great location near beaches and shopping and the close proximity to communal pool/hot tub was a bonus.

Best family vacation to date

Vacations are rarely relaxing with our two littles ones (age 4.5 and 16 months) but our stay at the Regency Mala Pua was rejuvenating and fun for the whole family. Our condo was just steps from the pool which our 4.5 year-old loved and the walk to the beach is an easy 10-minute stroll on a stroller-friendly walking path through manicured gardens, sweeping lawns, and gorgeous frangipani trees. (Our daughters loved running through the grass and climbing the trees. Such a kid-friendly place!) The property had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach or the pool with the exception of beach toys which we found for just $5 at Safeway in Lihue. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and the master shower and jacuzzi bath was very luxurious. Even though you have neighbors, the property was quiet and with the windows closed you can't hear much at all so we slept great. My only complaint is that we BBQ'd at the pool and had to use paper towels for plates as there weren't any plastic ones (no glass allowed at the pool). A pour-over or French Press coffee setup in addition to the coffee pot would also be nice. :) These were just minor inconveniences though - it was an incredible stay and we were all sad to leave. We'll definitely be back!

Great Condo in Poipu

We enjoyed our stay in the 610 condo. Area was quiet and the pool never busy. It was a little walk to the beach. I wouldn't do it with chairs and a lot of stuff though. Bring your own soap, since they only give you a little square one.

Wonderful Girls Getaway

The apartment was a lovely surprise. Beautiful inside and the rooms were very spacious. Little niceties like the macadamia nut candy and coffee were appreciated. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Short walk to the beach and right next to the pool. Despite being next to the pool it was quiet. The complex is clean and well-maintained even though it is not new. They do have quiet hours and rules re not hanging towels outside (which we forgot and got a reminder notice-sorry!). The cleaners will arrive at 10 promptly so be ready to go. Being ladies of the age of wisdom, we had the laundry done, the place clean and we left a few goodies and a tip for cleaners. We hope to make this an annual retreat and the other ladies are looking to book this apartment again for their family vacations.

Stayed here with two adults and two teens. Condo is large and roomy. Loved having the washer dryer. About a 5 to 7 minute walk to Poipu Beach and also to Shipwreck Beach. Easy to get to both via a lovely walking trail. Beautiful property, never used the pools, but they are very close.

Great stay!

Great location. We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan. The pool is literally right out the door and the beach is a quick walk. The AC is nice, it's needed some nights. We would definitely stay here again.
