PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Best trip ever!

The accommodations were better than expected. The place was clean and well appointed. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare all meals. Plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away. The location can't be beat. Very peaceful and quiet location.

Beautiful unit that is well appointed

Our extended family had a handful of condos in different communities within Poipu and we had the nicest unit. Other options in the area have larger pools or more grills but this unit has everything we needed. Beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella were included. The kitchen was well appointed and the grills were very nice. Our kids did mention that th pull out couch was less comfortable than others we have used.

Wonderful stay in Kauai

Kauai is our new favorite island. We enjoyed our time here. The condo accommodation was fine. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable We requested a top bed and that did help. I suggest replacing the mattress. Next time we will stay in a condo with AC. There was a portable unit in the bedroom which helped but it’s very noisy.

The unit was great, good location next to the Grand Hayat and beach, we stayed at the Hayat which is a rip off Disneyland by the sea but after seeing where my son and his girlfriend stayed #315 we wish we could have moved in with them check in was a breeze and the over all experience was quick and easy.

Amazing ground floor ocean-view location!

Gorgeous ground floor location, walking distance to the pool and nearby beaches. You can see and hear the ocean from the patio. Suite Paradise was super responsive and helped ensure we had a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to return again next year.

Great place and great AC unit!

Second time In Kauai for us with the first Vrbo also bring in Poipu Sands but without the AC. Us non-Hawaiians had a big fan in each corner of the room at full blast while we still felt like we slept in the heat! This time it was much much better with the AC to turn on at night and no additional fans were needed. Otherwise great ocean view, minute walk to the beach and tidepools, stocked kitchen, and everything inside looks to be in good condition. Would highly recommend.

Quiet and Relaxing

I stayed in this 1 bedroom at poipu sands while visiting the island for a wedding in Poipu. I found the condo very clean and more space than I would need for myself but it was still the best price in the area. I had friends staing at poipu sands and the grand Hyatt. We could easily walk to the grand Hyatt for wedding events and we always appreciated the sleepy vibe at poipu sands. I walked almost ever day along the water to poipu beach and that took about 20 minutes. The only issue I had with the condo was the check in / check out process. I picked a location in poipu to be distance to the different events I was attending for the wedding week. However this condo does not have a keyless entry. I had to go back and forth to their property management office which is about 20 minutes which is a huge hassle with bags. It’s not inclusive or thoughtful towards travelers who do not bring a car.

Absolutely loved the location and amenities offered at poipu sands!

The property was in such a prime location. Being right on the beach was a major perk in case we just wanted to lay low for a couple hours instead of traveling to a beach elsewhere. 10/10 stay!!

Great Condo in Poiipu Beach

We loved our stay here. Great location! Close to shipwreck beach and close to pool. Living room gets very warm with no AC, but rental agency was quick to respond and delivered 2 fans. Comfortable furniture. Nicely decorated.

Lovely location, property managers were super responsive and helpful. Loved the pool and view from the patio. Directions on how to work the TV would have been very helpful. The dining room fan was broken but they supplied us with a portable one. Thanks for a great stay!
