Kuhio Shores 112 is a quiet, private oceanfront air conditioned condo that is 10 steps from the water’s edge. No need to deal with stairs or elevators; simply walk out the sliding glass door, and enjoy the ocean’s majesty! The first-floor location allows easy access to unforgettable sunrise and sunset views. Watch turtles while enjoying your morning coffee on the lanai. Surfers will entertain you while they work the famous waves directly in front of our unit and some of the best snorkeling on the island is just steps away.

We’ve made every effort to make your stay a comfortable one. Our newly installed Air Conditioning, ceiling fan, and the wonderful tropical breezes will delight you. Our kitchen, with a beautiful native koa wood island, is equipped with full size appliances, an ice maker, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, toaster, blender, and complete set of dishes and cookware. The living area has floor to ceiling windows looking out on the ocean, comfortable furnishings, a 40+ inch smart TV, dimmable lighting, free internet & cable, and USB equipped outlets for your devices. The bedroom has a California king bed, plenty of closet and dresser storage, a smart TV, and a secure, private window that provides access to the trade winds. The bathroom has a large vanity and glass walled, walk in shower. Your privacy and security are ensured by our keyless lock system and you will never be locked out by losing a key.

Outstanding snorkeling is steps from the building, with rental equipment available next door at the famous Beach House Restaurant. Kukui’ula Village Shopping Center is an easy 10-minute walk away, and offers dining (from Bubba Burgers to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse), a culinary market, clothing shops, groceries, drug store, shave ice, coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.

Loved the condo and the view of the ocean was fantastic. We saw turtles every morning right in front of our terrace. Perfect for sunset viewing. Host was very responsive and was very gracious in allowing us a late checkout. The kitchen was well supplied and the room was quiet. Parking and location were excellent. Only negative was the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't seem to be working well and it was still a little warm at night when we used it. Overall loved this condo and would recommend it.

Well equipped and comfortable unit in a great location on the south shore. Snorkeling and surfing spots nearby and literally next door to The Beach House for a sunset cocktail or dinner. Hosts made it easy and we will surely return!

The condo is very dated from top to bottom. The silverware, plates, appliances, need to be updated. The place needs a remodel after so many years. A bit disappointing as we have stayed in other units at Kuhio shores. Great location, of course but for 500/night I would rather stay in a nice condo and go to the beach.

This oceanfront condo was perfect for me and my husband. I mean the ocean is right in front of you! The condo is on the ground floor which made it so nice to open the sliding glass door and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning then later watch the gorgeous sunset. The condo had everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels and every kitchen item you can think of, even a cupboard full of staples. The floor to ceiling windows are fantastic bringing natural light and a nice breeze when they are all open. In addition to the many fans there is air conditioning which we didn’t even need to use. Great tvs for us to watch the World Series with cable and streaming. The furniture is so comfy, and there are two recliners. Located in a quiet neighborhood with the famous Beach House restaurant next door. There’s a small beach next door for snorkeling. Lots of dining options nearby and shopping too. I can’t say enough good things about this place, we hope to visit again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing property! The location and view were incredible! It was so fun to wake up every morning and eat breakfast out on the patio looking over the ocean! The condo was clean and well stocked. All communications were quick and the manager was so so kind and let us have a later check out since we had an evening flight. Comfortable and Beautiful!

My wife and I absolutely loved this condo and the area! The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower works great, and the whole condo is clean and beautifully designed. The cross-ventilation kept the condo cool most of the time; however the air conditioning works great when it gets hot. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a couple coolers. The best part, though, is the patio opens up to a very private ocean view with a protective rock wall and black rock. Literally 10 steps from the ocean! We loved listening to the waves every morning and evening, and you can watch the surfers off in the distance! Lawai bay is 50 yards away with some of the best snorkeling on the island! And the sunsets were beautiful! I highly recommend Kuhio Shores, and 112 is the place to stay, especially for couples! We loved it so much, we already booked it for next summer!

Amazing location and view!!!

We loved staying in this condo. Being able to walk out the back to the water was great. We were able to see sea turtles playing in the water from the living room. Waves were up while we were there too so could see surfing. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the location. Unobstructed view of ocean. Walkable to beaches, shopping/dining. Less crowded and noisy than Poipu Beach area. First floor allows you to walk out onto the grass for morning strolls and amazing sunrise/sunset views. Listen to the ocean waves. We will be back!

The sound of the ocean waves crashing ..... nothing like it! Keep the windows open and enjoy the veiw as well. Just used the air at night with the door shut to sleep. Great location. Close to anything you need. Check out the Mai Tais at the beach house....best ever.

This place is amazing. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and the view of the water is everything. It’s like being on a boat, watching turtles, dolphins and whales. Staying on the lowest level is special because you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the grass in front of the condo. Snorkeling is right around the corner and there are a number of beaches to swim at within a mile. We already booked next year!
