Wonderful ocean view & beaches within steps of the property!

Our stay was excellent! The condo was very spacious, extremely well-equipped kitchen with many details taken care of that made our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the large balcony daily with ocean view morning rainbows & evening sunsets, pool with ocean views and ocean beaches within steps of the property. The grounds were very well kept, with many beautiful tropical plants and trees. The management company was very responsive to any questions and proactively sent information in advance of our stay. Although there was no air conditioning, the condo had several ceiling fans and with balcony doors & windows open, there was always a cross-breeze flowing through to keep the temperature comfortable. We enjoyed walking to a few restaurants for dinner as well as accessing the cliffside trail to the south for watching waves crashing into the lava cliffs. The self-check in code for key access was very convenient as we had a late evening arrival. We highly recommend this property!

Great stay with Parrish Kauai at Nihi Kai

We had a great stay at Nihi Kai Villas! The property was even better than we imagined. The location could not be beat...so close to the beach yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved spending time on the balcony with the lovely view and sounds of the ocean. We enjoyed using the tennis courts just before they were resurfaced. (We'd love to come back and play on the updated courts!) The staff at Parrish Kauai were very friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay with them again sometime!

The view

The view is spectacular, the condo is very nice and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with dishes and most small appliances one would need. This condo is a short walk to the beach. And did I mention the view ( Lol) so relaxing to sit on the Lani sipping morning coffee as it gets daylight watching the waves. We have been to this island many times before and I think we like this condo the best.

10 nights in Kauai

We enjoyed our 10 night stay at Nihi Kia #824. The view was great from the condo. We cooked 1/2 of our meals while there. The kitchen was adequately stocked. Parking was plentiful. The master bedroom bedding and pillows were really nice. We did not use the twin beds. There were many restaurants in the area. It was amazing to see all of the turtles and seals at the beach and in the water. It is a very popular area for visitors. There are a couple of shopping centers close by. I did not think to inquire if there was air conditioning or a safe. In the future I would rent one with both.

The apartment was hot as oven the entire time

I failed to realize that the property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and portable fans did not help. There was no cross breeze. It completely ruined our stay. It was not relaxing. Even at night when it was nice and windy outside, the place remained hot with stale air

Great place to spend a few nights

We stayed here a few nights prior to checking into our Marriot Vacation Club down the street. Good location especially if you like to boogy board at Brenecke's Beach. Did not realize this unit does not have AC but other than that, unit was fine.

Beautiful well kept property with fantastic views. The only issue we had was the lack of privacy due to the louvered doors in each of the rooms, bathrooms and three louvered pannels which seperated the primary suite with the common space. Every noise and conversation could be heard by everyone else in the condo which hindered our peacefulness.

Beautiful stay in Poipu!

We absolutely loved our stay at Parrish and would love to return. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful and the perfect way to wake up in the morning. There were two beaches within 10-15 minutes walking and the host left some beach equipment to use. The staff was very responsive when our microwave broke. Overall a wonderful stay, would highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable condo

Very happy with the view from the balcony! We found everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay ... though we really didn't cook. The only (very slight) issue was that the neighbors on the nearby balconies could be kind of loud, but by 8:00 p.m. everyone quieted down :-). Overall, it was a very comfortable accommodation and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved the condo, could’ve asked for better amenities. Everything was stocked cleaned comfortable great location beautiful view if I come back I hope I can get condo number 824. Convenient location, noisy fans

Very nice location and very convenient near Poipu beach. Very reasonable price . Fully equipped kitchen. Suffered from no air conditioning and extremely loud fans in bedrooms (an orchestra of loud noises). I had to use my noise cancellation earbuds through the night as it was impossible to get any sleep without them. Sore ears waking up after a week. Fan in living room never worked. Started to see small bugs and cockroaches in bathroom few days after checking in.

Hidden gem

The property was clean and close to the beach. Each room had a fan which we left on because there is no air conditioning. The afternoon sun comes directly into the condo, but we pulled the lanai blinds down before we left for the day which helped. My family would stay again.
