Pros:The general location was very convenient and close to many restaurants. The unit was very clean. The lanai was nice and private with garden view. The host was very quick to respond to questions. Cons:The hot tub and pool are not onsite. Itâs about a 15 min walk through the complex and across the road. The hours were 7am-7pm which was extremely disappointing as we like to soak and relax after busy day and the sun was just barely setting at 7pm. If we had known this, we likely would have stayed somewhere else. We paid a little more to stay here vs another place because of the hot tub. A luxury we normally donât get. If that is not important to you or you have young kids and want to hang out during the day, the pool area looked very nice. There is no AC in this unit. Not a problem with cooler weather, but a few nights there was no cross breeze. Have to keep the windows open at night and with the roosters crowing and sprinklers that came on at 4-4:30am (sounds like right outside bedroom the window) it was hard to sleep some nights. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected. After the first time, we drove to end of complex and then walked the rest of the way.
