Loved the location right on the beach! Easy access to many fun places within walking distance. Only downside of the house was that it doesn’t have AC & the nights were hot (even with windows open). We usually stay in hotels in Hawaii and having AC makes for better sleeping.

the hot tub heater was broken and wouldn't work the whole trip. If you look at this house the hot tub right on the beach is a large part of the appeal. It took me calling VRBO to get even a very small discount on the booking as it was too late to find another house. I understand things happen but more should have been done to make it right.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated the large grass area in the backyard for the children to play. This property is steps away from the beach as you walk out the private gate. The home itself was very clean and very spacious with room for everyone to have his or her own space. The Property Management team was very responsive when we needed them. The no air conditioning in the home wasn’t an issue for us as the temperatures were not that hot and the ceiling fans were sufficient. I always prefer air conditioning in a rental home, but this house has so many great qualities, I can overlook this. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and family.

Unparalleled location; a dream vacation for my family! The home is great for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach without needing to pack the car and dealing with logistics. The house is right there! The pool is fun and we really enjoyed the grill and outside eating area. Can’t wait to come again.

The house was amazing! The location and pool adjacent to the beach just cannot be beat. House was very comfortable for a family of 9 with 3 kids. During our stay the refrigerator broke and they brought over a replacement with coolers of ice within an hour. The range didn’t work well but was functional. House really could have used AC in the bedrooms for sleep comfort in the summer but overall was an amazing property with very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and views

The location of this property is absolutely phenomenal. The grounds are very well maintained. Can’t beat Poipu beach in the backyard. Gina and the crew were amazing to work with. Super helpful in setting up excursions, a private chef (who was fantastic). The house was well stocked with all the necessities, including toiletries. I can’t say enough good things about the property

Great house for our family of 6 vacation. We loved the location and set up of the house. Can’t beat the view of the ocean. Even though on a public beach and next to a resort the house and back yard felt very private.

Tropical Paradise that Exceeds Expectations!

We wanted a perfect week with our adult kids in a tropical paradise and this beautiful home on the beach delivered in every way! The view is amazing, the layout and furnishings of this home are perfect and the staff was extremely helpful! We hope to return in the near future!

Trip of a lifetime!

Our family loved the home and the easy accessibility to the ocean. We had a mix of 3 generations and all considered it the trip of a lifetime. Each bedroom had a great view and cooling breezes. The kids loved boogie boarding in the surf while the adults could maintain a watchful eye from the comfy beach chairs and umbrellas. The large kitchen and outdoor grill made for easy meals at home, yet plenty of restaurant choices also. The pool was fun at night for the younger kids who still had energy to drain. Living area seating plentiful enough for all. Perhaps most magical are the sea turtles who share this slice of heavenly sand and surf. Your family would be lucky to stay here. (And if you can, take advantage of a helicopter tour!)
